حصلت إدارة نادي الوحدة على الكفاءة المالية التي تجيز لها تقييد لاعبيها الجدد من أجانب ومحليين في كشوفاتها الرسمية، وضمن القائمة المسموح بمشاركتها في مواجهة الشباب (الأحد) القادم على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالعزيز الرياضية الساعة 9:00 مساءً، في دور الـ32 بمسابقة كأس الملك.
وقد ركز المدير الفني للفريق فوينيسكي خلال الأسبوع الحالي على كيفية التحصين الدفاعي أولاً بمشاركة خمسة لاعبين في منطقة العمق كحائط صد للهجوم الشبابي وعامل مساعد في حالة الهجمة للفرسان، وشدد فوينبسكي على ضرورة اللعب بقالب جماعي وحذر من الأخطاء أو التقاعس في تأدية الأدوار المهنية داخل الملعب، ويهدف هذا التكتيك إلى تحقيق نتيجتين إما الحفاظ على الهدف أو الذهاب في المباراة إلى أوقات إضافية وضربات ترجيح.
من جهة أخرى، يشهد الشارع الوحداوي حشداً جماهيرياً غير مسبوق خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية، إذ يستعد المدرج ورابطة جماهير الوحدة بقيادة عاطي الموركي للعودة مجدداً لدعم الفرسان، حيث بدأ التنسيق المبكر في تقاسم الأدوار، وسيوفر المدرج الوحداوي شعارات للجماهير وعناصر تنظم مع رابطة الجماهير لدعم اللاعبين معنوياً، والرابطة ستوفر العناصر والأهازيج منذ بداية المباراة.
