أبدى لاعب المنتخب المغربي عزالدين أوناحي سعادته بعد تأهل منتخب بلاده لربع نهائي كأس العالم 2026 بعد تجاوز كندا بثلاثية نظيفة.
وقال أوناحي: «الحمد لله نحن سعداء بهذا التأهل والإنجاز، قدمنا مباراة كبيرة أمام كندا واستحققنا هذا الفوز.. نبارك للشعب المغربي هذا التأهل. فخورون بهذا الإنجاز ولن نقف عند هذا الحد، وبحول الله نصل إلى أبعد نقطة في البطولة».
وأضاف: «اللاعبون ظهروا بمستوى مشرف خلال المباراة، وكنا مصممين على تحقيق الفوز. أقدم شكري للجماهير المغربية والعربية الكبيرة التي ساندتنا في المباراة، ونعدهم بالأفضل خلال المرحلة القادمة من البطولة».
The Moroccan national team player Azzedine Ounahi expressed his happiness after his country's qualification for the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup after defeating Canada with a clean three-goal victory.
Ounahi said: "Thank God we are happy with this qualification and achievement. We played a great match against Canada and deserved this victory. We congratulate the Moroccan people on this qualification. We are proud of this achievement and will not stop here; with God's will, we will reach the furthest point in the tournament."
He added: "The players showed an honorable level during the match, and we were determined to achieve victory. I thank the large Moroccan and Arab fans who supported us in the match, and we promise them better in the upcoming stages of the tournament."
