تحدث المدرب البرتغالي خورخي جيسوس عقب تتويج نادي النصر بلقب الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، معبرًا عن سعادته الكبيرة بالإنجاز الذي حققه مع الفريق، بعد موسم وصفه بالصعب والمليء بالتحديات.
وأكد جيسوس أن قبوله تدريب النصر جاء ضمن مشروع رياضي طموح، مشيرًا إلى أن المهمة لم تكن سهلة في ظل قوة المنافسة، خصوصًا مع الهلال، الفريق الذي سبق له الإشراف عليه والمساهمة في بناء جزء كبير من شخصيته الفنية خلال الفترة الماضية.
وأوضح المدرب البرتغالي أن العمل الجماعي وروح الفريق كانا من أهم أسباب نجاح النصر في حصد لقب الدوري، مشيدًا بالتزام اللاعبين ورغبتهم الكبيرة في تحقيق البطولة حتى الجولة الأخيرة من الموسم.
كما حرص جيسوس على الإشادة بالنجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو، مؤكدًا أن من الأمور التي منحته دافعًا إضافيًا هو مساعدة قائد النصر على تحقيق أول ألقابه في الكرة السعودية في ظل القيمة الكبيرة التي يمثلها اللاعب داخل وخارج الملعب.
وكشف جيسوس خلال حديثه أن مباراته الأخيرة مع النصر ستكون ختام مشواره مع الفريق، مؤكدًا رحيله رسميًا بعد نهاية الموسم، على أن يقضي إجازته المقبلة في مدينة ريو دي جانيرو البرازيلية قبل تحديد وجهته التدريبية القادمة.
The Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus spoke after Al-Nassr's victory in the Saudi Pro League, expressing his great happiness with the achievement he accomplished with the team, after a season he described as difficult and full of challenges.
Jesus confirmed that his acceptance to coach Al-Nassr came as part of an ambitious sports project, noting that the task was not easy given the strength of the competition, especially with Al-Hilal, the team he previously supervised and contributed to building a large part of its technical identity during the past period.
The Portuguese coach explained that teamwork and team spirit were among the most important reasons for Al-Nassr's success in winning the league title, praising the players' commitment and their strong desire to achieve the championship until the last round of the season.
Jesus also took the opportunity to praise the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, confirming that one of the things that gave him additional motivation was helping the captain of Al-Nassr achieve his first titles in Saudi football, given the great value the player represents both on and off the field.
During his talk, Jesus revealed that his last match with Al-Nassr would mark the end of his journey with the team, confirming his official departure after the end of the season, and that he would spend his next vacation in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, before determining his next coaching destination.
