علمت مصادر «عكاظ» بأن إدارة النادي الأهلي خاطبت رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين بطلب تقديم موعد مواجهة الفريق أمام الخلود ضمن الجولة الثالثة والثلاثين من دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين والتي ستقام على ملعب الإنماء، لتقام عند الساعة السابعة مساءً بدلًا من التاسعة.
ويأتي الطلب بهدف إتاحة الفرصة لإقامة احتفالية جماهيرية بمناسبة تتويج الأهلي بلقب دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، بحضور جماهير الفريق في ملعب المباراة.
وتسعى إدارة النادي إلى تنظيم مراسم احتفالية خاصة بالإنجاز القاري، في إطار مشاركة الجماهير فرحة التتويج، بعد تحقيق الفريق اللقب للمرة الثانية على التوالي.
ومن المنتظر أن تدرس رابطة الدوري الطلب المقدم، تمهيدًا لاتخاذ القرار المناسب وفق الجدول التنظيمي للمسابقة.
