كشفت مصادر خاصة لـ«عكاظ» أن هناك اجتماعاً سيجمع وزير الرياضة الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل ورئيس نادي الوحدة حاتم خيمي خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة، سيتحدد على ضوئه استمرار رئيس النادي حاتم خيمي من عدمه.
إذ يحمل رئيس الوحدة ملفات ساخنة لمناقشتها مع وزير الرياضة، تتضمن شكاوى مالية من لاعبين وشركات متنوعة، وهذا الملف لا تستطيع خزانة النادي إغلاقه إلا بمساعدة وزارة الرياضة، وملف خصخصة النادي، إذ جهزت الإدارة ملفاً متكاملاً عن طرح النادي للخصخصة خلال المرحلة القادمة، كحل يتناسب مع وضعه الحالي وموقعه الإستراتيجي في مكة المكرمة.
من جهة أخرى، تراجع الفريق الكروي الأول هذا الأسبوع من المركز العاشر إلى الحادي عشر بعد تلقيه هزيمة من العروبة بهدفين مقابل لا شيء.
ومن المقرر أن يعقد الجهازان الفني والإداري، عقب نهاية مواجهة الجبلين في ختام مباريات دوري يلو، اجتماعاً لتقييم كافة عناصر الفريق الأجانب والمحليين، وذلك تمهيداً للاستغناء عن خدمات أكثر من نصف الفريق الذين لم يحققوا هدف الصعود إلى دوري روشن للمحترفين، والبحث عن عناصر أخرى قادرة على إعادة الفريق في الموسم القادم إلى دوري الكبار.
