استضاف نادي القادسية في مقره بمدينة الخبر، عدداً من الأطفال المصابين بالفشل الكلوي، ضمن مبادرة إنسانية بالتنسيق والتعاون مع جمعية إيثار للتبرع بالأعضاء ومستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي، وبحضور أهالي الأطفال ومنسوبي الجهات المشاركة.
وشهدت المبادرة استقبال 15 طفلاً من المرضى، في تجربة نوعية تهدف إلى تقديم الدعم النفسي والمعنوي لهم، وإدخال البهجة إلى نفوسهم من خلال برنامج تفاعلي داخل مرافق النادي، يعكس الدور المجتمعي والإنساني الذي يحرص النادي على ترسيخه
وتضمنت المبادرة عدداً من الأهداف، من أبرزها دعم الأطفال المصابين بالفشل الكلوي نفسياً ومعنوياً عبر تجربة استثنائية داخل النادي وتمكينهم من التفاعل المباشر مع لاعبي الفريق الأول، باعتبارهم قدوة ملهمة لهم، ولتعزيز دور النادي المجتمعي والإنساني خارج إطار المنافسات الرياضية ونشر الوعي المجتمعي حول مرض الفشل الكلوي وأهمية الدعم النفسي للمصابين وخلق تجربة إنسانية مؤثرة تترك أثراً إيجابياً طويل المدى في حياة الأطفال وأسرهم.
كما شمل برنامج الزيارة جولة متكاملة داخل النادي، بدأت بالاستقبال والترحيب، مروراً بتوزيع الهدايا، والتعريف بمرافق النادي، ثم زيارة مركز الأداء العالي للفريق الأول لكرة القدم والتعرف على ما يحتويه من تجهيزات احترافية. وتضمنت الجولة أيضاً حضور جزء من تدريبات الفريق الأول، تلاها لقاء مباشر مع اللاعبين.
من جانبه، أكد المدير التنفيذي للإعلام والاتصال المؤسسي بنادي القادسية، فهد الصيعري، أن هذه المبادرات تأتي امتداداً لدور النادي المجتمعي، وقال: «نؤمن في القادسية بأن دورنا يتجاوز المنافسة الرياضية إلى صناعة أثر إنساني حقيقي في المجتمع، ومثل هذه المبادرات تمثل جزءاً من مسؤوليتنا في دعم الفئات الغالية وتعزيز جودة حياتهم، من خلال تجارب تلامس مشاعرهم وتمنحهم لحظات من الفرح والأمل».
The Al-Qadsiah Club hosted a number of children suffering from kidney failure at its headquarters in Al Khobar, as part of a humanitarian initiative in coordination and collaboration with the Eithar Association for Organ Donation and King Fahd Specialist Hospital, with the presence of the children's families and representatives from the participating organizations.
The initiative welcomed 15 children from the patients, in a qualitative experience aimed at providing psychological and moral support to them, and bringing joy to their hearts through an interactive program within the club's facilities, reflecting the community and humanitarian role that the club strives to establish.
The initiative included several objectives, the most prominent of which were to support children suffering from kidney failure psychologically and morally through an exceptional experience within the club, and to enable them to interact directly with the first team players, considering them as inspiring role models. It also aimed to enhance the club's community and humanitarian role beyond the realm of sports competitions and to raise community awareness about kidney failure and the importance of psychological support for those affected, creating a meaningful human experience that leaves a long-lasting positive impact on the lives of the children and their families.
The visit program also included a comprehensive tour of the club, starting with a reception and welcome, followed by the distribution of gifts, an introduction to the club's facilities, and then a visit to the high-performance center for the first football team to learn about its professional equipment. The tour also included attending part of the first team's training, followed by a direct meeting with the players.
For his part, the Executive Director of Media and Institutional Communication at Al-Qadsiah Club, Fahd Al-Saiari, confirmed that these initiatives are an extension of the club's community role, stating: "We believe at Al-Qadsiah that our role goes beyond sports competition to creating a real humanitarian impact in the community, and such initiatives represent part of our responsibility to support cherished groups and enhance their quality of life through experiences that touch their feelings and provide them with moments of joy and hope."
