كشفت مصادر خاصة لـ«عكاظ» أن نادي النصر ينتظر ردا من لجنة المسابقات في رابطة دوري المحترفين السعودي «روشن»، حول الطلب الذي تم تقديمه بتاريخ 1 مارس عبر خطاب رسمي للرابطة بشأن تقديم مباراة الاتفاق الدورية ضمن الجولة 29 من يوم 24 أبريل إلى 15 أبريل؛ وذلك نظرًا لظروف محتملة مرتبطة بالمشاركات الآسيوية قبل تحديد الموعد الرسمي لمباريات الأدوار الإقصائية من دوري أبطال آسيا 2، إلا أن الرد في حينه جاء بالاعتذار دون توضيح أسباب مقنعة.
وكشف المصدر أنه تم مخاطبة الرابطة مرة أخرى بعد تأكيد مواعيد المباريات القارية يومي 19 و22 أبريل مع طلب مراعاة هذا التداخل، حيث ترى إدارة النصر أنه لا يمكن أن يخوض الفريق مباراة يوم 22 أبريل ثم يعود للعب يوم 24 من الشهر نفسه مباشرة خصوصًا مع احتمالية امتداد مواجهة 22 أبريل إلى أشواط إضافية أو ركلات ترجيح، مما قد يعني الدخول في يوم جديد، ولم يصل رد الرابطة حتى الآن بالموافقة أو الرفض.
يذكر أن إدارة المسابقات في الرابطة برئاسة مانويل فلوريس قامت بتقديم مباريات الجولة 29 للأندية المشاركة في النخبة الآسيوية (الهلال والأهلي والاتحاد) إلى يوم 7 أبريل قبل الجولة 28 ويأمل النصراويون التعامل مع طلب النصر بمثل تعاملهم مع الفرق السعودية الأخرى المشاركة في النخبة الآسيوية، خصوصاً أن الفرق الأربعة كلها تمثل الوطن في المحافل الآسيوية.
Sources have revealed to "Okaz" that Al-Nassr Club is awaiting a response from the Competitions Committee of the Saudi Professional League "Roshn" regarding the request submitted on March 1 through an official letter to the league about moving the match against Al-Ettifaq in the 29th round from April 24 to April 15; this is due to potential circumstances related to Asian competitions before the official schedule for the knockout stages of the AFC Champions League 2 is determined. However, the response at that time was an apology without providing convincing reasons.
The source disclosed that the league was contacted again after the confirmation of the continental match dates on April 19 and 22, with a request to consider this overlap. The Al-Nassr management believes that the team cannot play a match on April 22 and then return to play on April 24 of the same month directly, especially with the possibility that the match on April 22 could go into extra time or penalties, which may mean entering a new day. The league has not yet responded with either approval or rejection.
It is worth mentioning that the Competitions Department of the league, headed by Manuel Flores, has rescheduled the matches of the 29th round for the clubs participating in the Asian elite (Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli, and Al-Ittihad) to April 7 before the 28th round. Al-Nassr fans hope that their request will be treated similarly to how the other Saudi teams participating in the Asian elite were treated, especially since all four teams represent the nation in Asian forums.
