بعد 53 يوماً قررت لجنة الانضباط والأخلاق بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم إلزام مدرب نادي النصر «جورجي جيسوس» بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها 50 ألف ريال بعد ثبوت مخالفته للمادة (50-4) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق، إثر قيامه بالتجريح والاتهام والإساءة الإعلامية تجاه نادي الهلال، وإثارة الرأي العام خلال مؤتمر صحفي، حيث قررت اللجنة قبول الشكوى التي تقدم بها نادي الهلال من الناحية الشكلية، والموضوعية، وتغريم المدرب 30 ألفاً لحساب الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، و20 ألفاً لنادي الهلال تمثل تكاليف رسوم تقديم الشكوى.
يذكر أن نادي الهلال قدَّم شكوى ضد «جيسوس»، بشأن قيامه بالتجريح والاتهام والإساءة الإعلامية تجاه نادي الهلال وإثارة الرأي العام عبر المؤتمر الصحفي قبل المباراة التي أقيمت بين فريقي نادي الشباب ونادي النصر بتاريخ 16/01/2026، ضمن مسابقة دوري روشن السعودي للموسم الرياضي 2025-2026.
الرمان لـ«عكاظ»: عقوبة «جيسوس» تندرج ضمن السلطة التقديرية
من جانبه أكد المستشار القانوني المتخصص في القانون الرياضي سعود الرمان أن القرار الذي صدر بحق مدرب النصر «جيسوس» يتوافق مع أحكام المادة (50) الفقرة (4) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق.
وقال في تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ»: «الواقعة محل القرار تندرج ضمن إثارة الرأي العام عبر وسائل الإعلام، وهي المخالفة التي نظمتها المادة المشار إليها، والتي نصت على أن العقوبة المقررة لها غرامة مالية لا تتجاوز 100 ألف»، وأضاف: «بناءً على ذلك فإن فرض غرامة مالية بمبلغ 50 ألفاً يعد داخل نطاق العقوبة المقررة نظامًا ومتفقًا مع نص اللائحة، كما تندرج ضمن السلطة التقديرية الممنوحة للجنة الانضباط والأخلاق في تقدير مقدار الغرامة في حدود الحد الأقصى المنصوص عليه».
After 53 days, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation decided to impose a financial penalty of 50,000 riyals on Al-Nassr coach "Jorge Jesus" after confirming his violation of Article (50-4) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations, due to his derogatory remarks, accusations, and media abuse towards Al-Hilal, and for stirring public opinion during a press conference. The committee decided to accept the complaint submitted by Al-Hilal both formally and substantively, fining the coach 30,000 riyals payable to the Saudi Football Federation, and 20,000 riyals to Al-Hilal representing the costs of filing the complaint.
It is worth noting that Al-Hilal filed a complaint against "Jesus" regarding his derogatory remarks, accusations, and media abuse towards Al-Hilal and stirring public opinion during the press conference before the match held between Al-Shabab and Al-Nassr on 16/01/2026, as part of the Roshan Saudi League for the 2025-2026 sports season.
Al-Rumman to "Okaz": The penalty for "Jesus" falls within discretionary authority
For his part, legal advisor specialized in sports law Saud Al-Rumman confirmed that the decision issued against Al-Nassr coach "Jesus" is in accordance with the provisions of Article (50), paragraph (4) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations.
He stated in a special comment to "Okaz": "The incident subject to the decision falls under stirring public opinion through the media, which is the violation regulated by the aforementioned article, which stipulates that the penalty for it is a financial fine not exceeding 100,000 riyals." He added: "Based on that, imposing a financial fine of 50,000 riyals is within the scope of the prescribed penalty and consistent with the text of the regulations, and it also falls within the discretionary authority granted to the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee in determining the amount of the fine within the limits of the maximum stipulated."
