أيدت محكمة مستأنف جنايات الجيزة، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم زينهم، حكم السجن الصادر بحق نجم منتخب مصر ونادي بيراميدز رمضان صبحي لمدة عام، مع إيقاف التنفيذ.
تفاصيل قضية التزوير
كانت محكمة جنايات الجيزة قد قضت في ديسمبر الماضي بسجن رمضان صبحي لمدة عام مع الشغل والنفاذ، في القضية المعروفة إعلامياً باسم «تزوير محررات رسمية»، المتعلقة بتزوير امتحانات معهد الفراعنة في منطقة أبو النمرس.
الأهلي يدافع عن لاعبه السابق
وقبل يومين من صدور حكم الاستئناف، أعلن محامي اللاعب أشرف عبدالعزيز السماح لمكتب المستشار القانوني للنادي الأهلي بتقديم الدفاع عن رمضان صبحي، استجابة لرغبة النادي في دعم نجمه السابق الذي نشأ بين جدرانه.
مصير اللاعب بعد الخروج من السجن
يذكر أن المحكمة الرياضية الدولية (كاس) أصدرت حكماً في نوفمبر الماضي بإيقاف رمضان صبحي لمدة أربع سنوات على خلفية اتهامه بتعاطي المنشطات، وقد قام اللاعب بالاستئناف أمام المحكمة الفيدرالية السويسرية، مع استمرار الإيقاف لحين الفصل في الطعن وصدور قرار جديد.
The Giza Court of Appeals, convened at the Zinhom Courts Complex, upheld the prison sentence issued against Egypt national team star and Pyramids FC player Ramadan Sobhi for one year, with a stay of execution.
Details of the Forgery Case
The Giza Criminal Court had sentenced Ramadan Sobhi to one year in prison with hard labor last December in the case famously known as "Forgery of Official Documents," related to the forgery of exams at the Pharaohs Institute in the Abu Nomros area.
Al Ahly Defends Its Former Player
Two days before the appeal ruling was issued, the player's lawyer, Ashraf Abdelaziz, announced that he would allow the legal advisor's office of Al Ahly Club to present a defense for Ramadan Sobhi, in response to the club's desire to support its former star who grew up within its walls.
The Player's Fate After Leaving Prison
It is worth noting that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) issued a ruling last November suspending Ramadan Sobhi for four years due to allegations of doping. The player has appealed to the Swiss Federal Court, with the suspension remaining in effect until the appeal is resolved and a new decision is issued.
