كسب فريق الاتحاد نظيره الخلود بأربعة أهدافٍ دون مقابل، في المباراة، التي جمعت الفريقين مساء اليوم على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز الرياضية ببريدة، ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ14 من الدوري السعودي للمحترفين لكرة القدم (دوري روشن).
وجاءت أهداف اللقاء مبكرة، إذ افتتح فريق الاتحاد التسجيل من ركلة جزاء نفذها اللاعب كريم بنزيما عند الدقيقة (13)، قبل أن يضيف الهدفين الثاني والثالث عند الدقيقتين (28) و(35)، فيما أحرز اللاعب البديل صالح الشهري الهدف الرابع عند الدقيقة (84)، لتنتهي المباراة بفوز الاتحاد.
وبهذه النتيجة، رفع الاتحاد رصيده إلى (26) نقطة في المركز الخامس مؤقتاً، فيما تجمّد رصيد الخلود عند (12) نقطة في المركز الـ12 مؤقتاً، لحين اكتمال مباريات الجولة.
The Al-Ittihad team defeated Al-Khulood with four goals to none in the match that brought the two teams together this evening at the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Buraidah, as part of the 14th round of the Saudi Professional League (Roshen League).
The goals of the match came early, as Al-Ittihad opened the scoring with a penalty executed by player Karim Benzema in the 13th minute, before adding the second and third goals in the 28th and 35th minutes. Substitute player Saleh Al-Shehri scored the fourth goal in the 84th minute, ending the match with a victory for Al-Ittihad.
With this result, Al-Ittihad raised its tally to 26 points, temporarily placing them in fifth place, while Al-Khulood's score remained at 12 points, temporarily placing them in 12th place, until the completion of the round's matches.
