حسمت المحكمة الرياضية الدولية «كاس» الجدل بشأن بطل النسخة الماضية من مسابقة الدوري المصري (2024-2025).
بيان الأهلي
وقال الأهلي في بيان عبر حسابه على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي: «المحكمة الرياضية الدولية تقضي بأحقية النادي الأهلي الكاملة في بطولة الدوري العام الموسم الماضي، ورفض طعن المنافس».
تفاصيل الأزمة
وكان الأهلي قد أنهى الموسم الماضي في الصدارة برصيد 58 نقطة، بفارق نقطتين عن بيراميدز، لكن الأخير لجأ إلى المسار القانوني، مطالباً بإعادة خصم 3 نقاط من «المارد الأحمر»، على خلفية انسحاب الأخير من مواجهة الزمالك في مرحلة تحديد البطل.
ولم يحضر الأهلي مباراته ضد الزمالك في 11 مارس من العام الماضي احتجاجاً على عدم استقدام طاقم تحكيم أجنبي، لتكتفي رابطة الأندية المصرية آنذاك باعتبار الأهلي خاسراً للمباراة فقط، دون تطبيق اللائحة كاملة بخصم ثلاث نقاط إضافية.

Al Ahly stated in a statement via its social media accounts: "The International Sports Court rules in favor of Al Ahly's full rights to the Premier League title from last season, rejecting the competitor's appeal."
Details of the Crisis
Al Ahly had finished last season at the top with 58 points, two points ahead of Pyramids. However, the latter resorted to legal action, demanding the re-deduction of 3 points from "the Red Giant," following Al Ahly's withdrawal from the match against Zamalek in the championship-deciding stage.
Al Ahly did not attend its match against Zamalek on March 11 of last year in protest against the failure to bring in a foreign refereeing crew. At that time, the Egyptian Clubs Association only considered Al Ahly to have lost the match, without fully applying the regulations to deduct an additional three points.
