أعلن لاعب النصر السابق ونجم منتخب نيجيريا أحمد موسى اعتزاله اللعب الدولي، مُنهياً مسيرة حافلة مع منتخب نيجيريا امتدت نحو 15 عاماً. اللاعب البالغ 33 عاماً، والأكثر تمثيلاً لمنتخب "النسور الخضراء" بـ111 مباراة دولية، كشف قراره عبر حساباته الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، معبّراً عن فخره بما قدّمه لبلاده.
وكان أحمد موسى قد بدأ رحلته الدولية عام 2010 وهو في السابعة عشرة من عمره وسبق له أن حقق بطولة كأس أمم أفريقيا ، كما يعتبر أفضل هداف نيجيري في تاريخ كأس العالم، وحمل شارة القيادة وترك بصمة واضحة في تاريخ المنتخب.
يذكر أن موسى سبق له تمثيل فريق النصر بين عامي 2018-2020 وخاض مع العالمي 57 مباراة سجل خلالها 11 هدفاً وقدم 14 تمريرة حاسمة لزملائه، وساهم بحصول الفريق على بطولة الدوري موسم 2018-2019 وكأس السوبر السعودي.

The 33-year-old player, who holds the record for most appearances for the "Super Eagles" with 111 international matches, revealed his decision through his official social media accounts, expressing pride in what he has contributed to his country.
Ahmed Musa began his international journey in 2010 at the age of seventeen and has previously won the Africa Cup of Nations. He is also considered Nigeria's top scorer in World Cup history, captained the team, and left a clear mark in the history of the national team.
It is worth mentioning that Musa previously represented Al-Nassr between 2018-2020, playing 57 matches with the team, during which he scored 11 goals and provided 14 assists to his teammates, contributing to the team's victory in the league title for the 2018-2019 season and the Saudi Super Cup.
