تشهد العاصمة الرياض إعلان نتائج القرعة الإلكترونية للأراضي البيضاء السكنية عبر منصة التوازن العقاري اليوم (الأربعاء)، وسط ترقب كبير من آلاف المتقدمين الراغبين في امتلاك أرضهم الخاصة.
وأكدت الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض أن مرحلة اعتراضات أهلية الاستحقاق التي انطلقت في الثامن من نوفمبر 2025 قد انتهت بعد دراسة دقيقة لجميع الطلبات المقدمة من قبل اللجنة المختصة، لضمان تحقيق العدالة والشفافية في اختيار المستحقين.
وجاءت خطوات البرنامج منظمة بعناية، بدءاً من إطلاق المنصة في 11 سبتمبر 2025، مروراً بانتهاء فترة التقديم في 23 أكتوبر، وإعلان أسماء المؤهلين، وصولاً إلى مرحلة الاعتراضات التي انتهت في الثامن من ديسمبر.
ويأتي الإعلان اليوم تمهيداً للبيع على الخارطة عبر المنصة، في إطار جهود الهيئة لتعزيز التوازن في السوق العقارية، وتوفير خيارات سكنية متنوعة بطريقة شفافة وعادلة لجميع المستفيدين.

The capital Riyadh witnesses the announcement of the results of the electronic lottery for residential white lands through the Real Estate Balance platform today (Wednesday), amid great anticipation from thousands of applicants eager to own their own land.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City confirmed that the eligibility objections phase, which began on November 8, 2025, has concluded after a thorough review of all applications submitted by the specialized committee, to ensure fairness and transparency in selecting the eligible recipients.
The program's steps were carefully organized, starting with the launch of the platform on September 11, 2025, followed by the end of the application period on October 23, the announcement of the qualified names, and culminating in the objections phase that ended on December 8.
The announcement today paves the way for the sale of land on the map through the platform, as part of the commission's efforts to enhance balance in the real estate market and provide diverse housing options in a transparent and fair manner for all beneficiaries.
