حدّدت وزارة التعليم الخميس القادم آخر موعد لإكمال رصد درجات أعمال السنة للفترة التقويمية الثانية وإشعار الطلبة وأولياء أمورهم بذلك.
وشدّدت الوزارة في تعميم لها تسلمته إدارات التعليم بضرورة أن تلتزم مدارس التعليم العام بقطاعيها للبين والبنات كافة بذلك مع استمرار عمليات التحسين والمتابعة حتى نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول.
إعداد الجداول
وأكدت الوزارة أهمية إعداد جداول الاختبارات التحريرية لنهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول للمرحلة الابتدائية وللمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية وإدراجها في نظام نور، وإعلانها وتسليم نسخة لكل طالب وطالبة قبل الاختبارات بوقت كافٍ، محددةً يوم الخميس القادم آخر موعد لاستلام النسخة الورقية من المعلمين والمعلمات لأسئلة اختبارات نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول (الدور الأول وبديله والدور الثاني وبديله).
يذكر أن الاختبارات التحريرية لنهاية الفصل الأول ستبدأ اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الموافق 15 رجب القادم وتستمر لمدة 5 أيام فقط.
The Ministry of Education has set next Thursday as the final deadline for completing the recording of grades for the second evaluation period and notifying students and their guardians accordingly.
The ministry emphasized in a circular received by education administrations the necessity for all public education schools, both for boys and girls, to adhere to this, while continuing improvement and follow-up processes until the end of the first semester.
Preparation of Schedules
The ministry confirmed the importance of preparing the written exam schedules for the end of the first semester for the elementary stage and for the intermediate and secondary stages, including them in the Noor system, announcing them, and providing a copy to each male and female student well before the exams. It specified that next Thursday is the final deadline for receiving the paper copies from teachers for the end-of-semester exam questions (first round and its alternative, and second round and its alternative).
It is worth mentioning that the written exams for the end of the first semester will begin on Sunday, corresponding to the 15th of Rajab, and will last for only 5 days.
