غرم نادي الإبل المشارك تركي آل حثلين 5 ملايين ريال مع حرمانه من أي فعالية للنادي لمدة 5 سنوات، ومنع نقل الإبل المملوكة له، بعد ثبوت ارتكابه مخالفة صريحة لأنظمة ولوائح مهرجان الملك عبدالعزيز للإبل، وفق البيان الذي نشر على موقع النادي في منصة التواصل الاجتماعي«X» وجاء نصه على النحو التالي:
صدر قرار اللجنة القانونية بنادي الإبل رقم (116) لعام 1447هـ بتاريخ 19-6-1447هـ الموافق 10-12-2025، استناداً إلى اللوائح والأنظمة المنظمة لمهرجان الملك عبدالعزيز للإبل - النسخة العاشرة، وبعد استيفاء كافة الإجراءات النظامية والرجوع إلى الأنظمة ذات العلاقة بالمهرجان.. عليه، فقد ثبت للجنة قيام المشارك تركي آل حثلين بإدخال مشاركته باستخدام شريحتين إلكترونيتين لمُلّاك مختلفين، في تحايل متعمد على الأنظمة، بما يشكل مخالفة جسيمة تمس نزاهة المنافسة وعدالة الإجراءات، واستناداً إلى أحكام المخالفات والعقوبات الواردة في دليل المشارك، فقد تقرر ما يلي:
1.غرامة مالية قدرها 5 ملايين.
2. الحرمان من المشاركة في أي فعاليات يقيمها نادي الإبل لمدة خمس سنوات من تاريخه.
3. منع نقل الإبل المملوكة للمشارك من خلال نادي الإبل لمدة خمس سنوات من تاريخه.
4. نشر القرار عبر القنوات الرسمية لنادي الإبل.
ويُعد هذا القرار نهائياً وواجب النفاذ فور صدوره، وغير قابل للطعن أمام أي جهة بعد اعتماده.
ويؤكد نادي الإبل التزامه بتطبيق الأنظمة بكل حزم، حفاظاً على نزاهة المنافسة.

The decision of the legal committee at the Camel Club No. (116) for the year 1447 AH, dated 19-6-1447 AH corresponding to 10-12-2025, was issued based on the regulations and rules governing the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival - the tenth edition, and after fulfilling all legal procedures and referring to the relevant regulations of the festival.. Accordingly, it has been established that the participant Turki Al-Hathlin entered his participation using two electronic chips for different owners, in a deliberate circumvention of the regulations, which constitutes a serious violation affecting the integrity of the competition and the fairness of the procedures. Based on the provisions of violations and penalties stated in the participant's guide, the following has been decided:
1. A financial fine of 5 million.
2. A ban on participating in any activities organized by the Camel Club for five years from this date.
3. A prohibition on transferring the camels owned by the participant through the Camel Club for five years from this date.
4. Publication of the decision through the official channels of the Camel Club.
This decision is final and must be enforced immediately upon issuance, and is not subject to appeal before any authority after its approval.
The Camel Club affirms its commitment to applying the regulations firmly, in order to preserve the integrity of the competition.
