ألزمت محكمة العمل في باريس نادي باريس سان جيرمان لكرة القدم، بدفع مبلغ 61 مليون يورو لنجمه السابق كيليان مبابي، تعويضاً عن رواتب مستحقة، وفق دعوى رفعها اللاعب المنتقل إلى ريال مدريد، وفق التقرير الذي بثه موقع الـ«RT». وطالب مبابي في البداية بمبلغ 263 مليون يورو تعويضاً عن فسخ العقد، وعن الأضرار المعنوية، وعدم الوفاء بعدد من الالتزامات. وردّ باريس سان جيرمان بدعوى مضادة، مطالباً لاعبه السابق بمبلغ 440 مليون يورو تعويضاً عن الأضرار التي لحقت بسمعته، والإهمال في تنفيذ بنود عقده، وانهيار صفقة انتقاله إلى نادي الهلال السعودي.
وقد رُفضت دعاوى باريس سان جيرمان بالكامل. كما أمرت المحكمة باريس سان جيرمان بنشر النص الكامل للقرار على الصفحة الرئيسية لموقعه الإلكتروني خلال شهر.
لعب كليان مبابي مع نادي باريس سان جيرمان من 2017 إلى 2024، قبل أن ينضم إلى صفوف ريال مدريد في صفقة انتقال حر.
The Labor Court in Paris has ordered Paris Saint-Germain Football Club to pay an amount of 61 million euros to its former star Kylian Mbappé, as compensation for unpaid salaries, according to a lawsuit filed by the player who transferred to Real Madrid, as reported by the "RT" website. Mbappé initially demanded an amount of 263 million euros as compensation for the contract termination, for moral damages, and for the failure to fulfill several obligations. Paris Saint-Germain responded with a counterclaim, demanding 440 million euros from its former player as compensation for the damage to its reputation, negligence in fulfilling the terms of his contract, and the collapse of his transfer deal to Al Hilal Saudi Club.
All claims from Paris Saint-Germain were completely rejected. The court also ordered Paris Saint-Germain to publish the full text of the decision on the homepage of its website within a month.
Kylian Mbappé played for Paris Saint-Germain from 2017 to 2024, before joining Real Madrid on a free transfer.
