أمرت النيابة العامة المصرية بتقديم 31 متهمًا إلى محكمة الجنح المختصة، بشأن واقعتي تعريض أطفال مدرستي سيدز للغات والإسكندرية الدولية للغات للخطر، كما أمرت بنسخ صورة من الأوراق لإرسالها إلى مكتب حماية الطفل والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والمسنين بإدارة التفتيش القضائي، لاتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لحماية الأطفال المجني عليهم.
وبحسب بيان رسمي، أمس (السبت)، كشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة، في القضيتين عن أوجه إهمال وقصور وإخلال جسيم بواجبات الإشراف والرقابة على الأطفال المجني عليهم، بما سهل الاعتداء عليهم؛ إذ تبين ترك الأطفال يتجولون بمفردهم سواء داخل الفناء أو بمكان انتظار الحافلات دون تواجد أي من المشرفات المكلفات بالإشراف عليهم، وانصرافهن عن مراقبتهم، فضلا عن إهمال أفراد الأمن ومشرفي الكاميرات في متابعة تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة والأبواب.
كما تقاعست مديرتا المدرستين عن مراقبة ومتابعة تواجد المشرفات صحبة الأطفال، والتحقق من قيام أفراد الأمن ومراقبي الكاميرات بواجباتهم المنوطة بهم، وعدم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان سلامة وأمن الطلاب ومنع أي اعتداء يقع عليهم، بما أتاح للمتهمين الانفراد بالأطفال والاعتداء عليهم.
وقد أقامت النيابة العامة الدليل استنادًا إلى أدلة ثابتة، حيث اطلعت على تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة بالمدرستين، واستمعت إلى أقوال المختصين بوزارة التربية والتعليم، كما أمرت بتكليف المجلس القومي للأمومة والطفولة بإعداد تقرير بشأن حالة الأطفال المجني عليهم، وقد تضافرت تلك الأدلة جميعها في إثبات قيام جريمة تعريض الأطفال للخطر وتهديد سلامة تنشئتهم الواجب توافرها لهم، وتعريضهم للإهمال والعنف والاستغلال، ونسبتها إلى المتهمين الذين انتهت النيابة العامة إلى تقديمهم للمحاكمة الجنائية.
واقعة مدرسة سيدز الدولية للغات
وكانت مدرسة «سيدز» الدولية بمدينة العبور في مصر، شهدت في نوفمبر الماضي، جريمة تحرش وتعدٍ جنسي على 6 تلاميذ في مرحلة «كي جي 2»، لا تتعدى أعمارهم الـ5 سنوات، من جانب عدد من العاملين في المدرسة.
وتلقت أجهزة الأمن بمديرية أمن القاهرة، بلاغات من أولياء أمور 6 أطفال مقيدين بالمدرسة تفيد بتعرض أبنائهم للتحرش والاعتداء جنسيا، من بعض العاملين في إحدى الغرف بالمدرسة، وهي الجرائم التي تمت تحت تهديد السلاح، وتمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من بضبط المتهمين، لإحالتهم إلى جهات التحقيق.
وكان وزير التربية والتعليم محمد عبداللطيف، قد أصدر قرارا بوضع المدرسة تحت إشراف الوزارة بالكامل، وذلك بعد رصد المخالفات التي ارتكبتها إدارتها في التعامل مع ملف التحرش بالطلاب.
واقعة مدرسة الإسكندرية الدولية للغات
وكانت أحالت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية في مصر، في 9 ديسمبر الماضي، المتهم بالاعتداء على أطفال في مدرسة دولية إلى المفتي، وحددت جلسة في 1 فبراير 2026 للنطق بالحكم.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية المقيدة برقم 16372 لسنة 2025 إداري منتزه ثان، بتلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطاراً من مأمور قسم شرطة منتزه ثاني يفيد بتقدم 4 أسر ببلاغات ضد عامل بأحد المدارس الدولية الشهيرة بالتعدي على أبنائهم بحديقة المدرسة.
وكشفت التحريات الأولية عن اعتدائه على 3 فتيات وولد. وعقب تقنين الإجراءات، ضبطت الأجهزة الأمنية المتهم، وحررت محضراً بالواقعة وأخطرت جهات التحقيق.
كما جاء في تفاصيل أمر الإحالة، أن النيابة العامة وجهت للمتهم، تهمة خطف طفلة بالتحايل، مستغلاً عمله في المدرسة، حيث استدرجها إلى مكان بعيداً عن أعين متولي رعايتها وآلات المراقبة، في غرفته الملحقة بفناء المدرسة، واهماً إياها باللهو معها، مستغلاً حداثة سنها وقاطعاً صلتها بمتولي رعايتها.
وقد اقترنت هذه الجناية بجناية أخرى، حيث قام، في ذات الزمان والمكان، بصفته خادماً بأجر عند متولي ملاحظتها وتربيتها في المدرسة، بهتك عرض الطفلة بالقوة، وهي لم تبلغ الثامنة عشرة من عمرها (مواليد عام 2020)، إذ كشف عنها وعن نفسه ملابسهما، وتحسس مناطق عفتها، محدثاً إصابتها الموصوفة بتقرير مصلحة الطب الشرعي، وهاتكاً عرضها مستغلاً عدم تمييزها، ومكرراً فعلته عدة مرات.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution ordered the presentation of 31 defendants to the competent misdemeanor court regarding the incidents of endangering the children of the Seeds Language School and the Alexandria International Language School. It also ordered a copy of the documents to be sent to the Child Protection Office and the Office for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly at the Judicial Inspection Department, to take the necessary measures to protect the victimized children.
According to an official statement yesterday (Saturday), the investigations of the Public Prosecution revealed aspects of negligence, shortcomings, and serious breaches of the duties of supervision and oversight over the victimized children, which facilitated the assaults on them. It was found that the children were left to wander alone either inside the yard or in the bus waiting area without the presence of any of the assigned supervisors, who neglected to monitor them, in addition to the negligence of security personnel and camera supervisors in following up on the recordings from the surveillance cameras and doors.
The principals of the two schools also failed to monitor and follow up on the presence of the supervisors with the children, and to ensure that the security personnel and camera monitors were fulfilling their duties, and did not take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of the students and to prevent any assaults against them, which allowed the defendants to isolate the children and assault them.
The Public Prosecution established evidence based on solid proof, as it reviewed the surveillance camera recordings from the two schools and listened to the statements of specialists from the Ministry of Education. It also ordered the National Council for Motherhood and Childhood to prepare a report on the condition of the victimized children. All this evidence combined proved the commission of the crime of endangering children and threatening their necessary upbringing, exposing them to neglect, violence, and exploitation, and attributed it to the defendants whom the Public Prosecution decided to present for criminal trial.
Incident at Seeds International Language School
The "Seeds" International School in Al-Obour City, Egypt, witnessed last November a crime of harassment and sexual assault on 6 students in the "KG 2" stage, who are no older than 5 years, by several staff members at the school.
The security agencies in Cairo received reports from the parents of 6 children enrolled in the school indicating that their children had been subjected to harassment and sexual assault by some staff members in one of the rooms at the school, crimes that occurred under the threat of a weapon. The security forces managed to apprehend the defendants to refer them to the investigation authorities.
The Minister of Education, Mohamed Abdel-Latif, issued a decision to place the school under the full supervision of the ministry, following the violations committed by its administration in handling the harassment cases involving students.
Incident at Alexandria International Language School
The Alexandria Criminal Court in Egypt referred the defendant accused of assaulting children at an international school to the Grand Mufti on December 9, and set a session for February 1, 2026, to pronounce the verdict.
The details of the case registered under number 16372 for the year 2025 Administrative Montazah Second, began when the security agencies in Alexandria received a notification from the head of the Montazah Second Police Station indicating that 4 families had filed complaints against a worker at one of the famous international schools for assaulting their children in the school garden.
Initial investigations revealed that he had assaulted 3 girls and a boy. After legal procedures were taken, the security forces apprehended the defendant, recorded a report of the incident, and notified the investigation authorities.
According to the details of the referral order, the Public Prosecution charged the defendant with the crime of abducting a girl by deception, exploiting his work at the school, as he lured her to a place away from the eyes of her caregiver and surveillance cameras, in his room adjacent to the school yard, misleading her into thinking he was playing with her, taking advantage of her young age and cutting off her connection with her caregiver.
This crime was coupled with another crime, as he, at the same time and place, in his capacity as a paid servant to the caregiver responsible for monitoring and raising her in the school, forcibly assaulted the girl, who had not yet reached the age of eighteen (born in 2020), exposing both her and himself, and groping her private areas, causing her injuries described in the forensic medicine report, and violating her while taking advantage of her inability to distinguish, repeating his act several times.
