تعادل المنتخب الوطني تحت 23 عاماً مع منتخب قطر بنتيجة 1-1، في المباراة التي جمعتهما مساء اليوم (الخميس)، ضمن الجولة الثالثة من منافسات بطولة كأس الخليج تحت 23 عاماً 2025. وشهدت المباراة حضور ومتابعة رئيس الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم ياسر المسحل.
وجاء هدف الأخضر عن طريق اللاعب ثامر الخيبري في الدقيقة 85 من مجريات المباراة.
ودخل المدرب الإيطالي لويجي دي بياجو اللقاء بقائمة مكوّنة من: تركي بالجوش في حراسة المرمى، عواد دهل، محمد برناوي، عبدالرحمن العبيد، مشعل العلائلي، فرحة الشمراني، فيصل الصبياني، بسام هزازي، عبدالله معتوق، طلال حاجي، وثامر الخيبري.
وبهذا التعادل الإيجابي، تصدّر المنتخب الوطني تحت 23 عاماً مجموعته الأولى برصيد 7 نقاط، ليضمن تأهله إلى الدور نصف النهائي من بطولة كأس الخليج.
The national team under 23 years old drew with the Qatar national team with a score of 1-1 in the match that took place this evening (Thursday), as part of the third round of the Gulf Cup under 23 years old 2025. The match was attended and followed by the President of the Saudi Football Federation, Yasser Al-Mishal.
The goal for the Green team came from player Thamer Al-Khaibari in the 85th minute of the match.
The Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio entered the match with a lineup consisting of: Turki Baljosh as goalkeeper, Awad Dahl, Mohammed Barnawi, Abdulrahman Al-Obaid, Mishaal Al-Alaile, Farha Al-Shamrani, Faisal Al-Sabiani, Bassam Hazzazi, Abdullah Maatouq, Talal Haji, and Thamer Al-Khaibari.
With this positive draw, the national team under 23 years old topped their first group with a total of 7 points, securing their qualification to the semi-finals of the Gulf Cup.
