اختُتمت أمس دورة إعداد حكام كأس العرب FIFA قطر 2025، التي أقيمت على مدار خمسة أيام تحت إشراف بيرلويجي كولينا رئيس لجنة الحكام بالفيفا، وهاني طالب بلان نائب الرئيس، وماسيمو بوساكا مدير إدارة التحكيم وبمشاركة 54 حكماً (14 حكماً رئيسياً، و28 حكماً مساعداً، و12 حكم فيديو مساعداً).
وتم خلال الدورة التركيز على الجوانب الفنية والبدنية للحكام، إلى جانب مناقشة أبرز الحالات التحكيمية، وتطبيقات تقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR)، والتدريب على القرار الجديد الذي سيتم تطبيقه في البطولة وهو إبعاد اللاعب المصاب لمدة دقيقتين للعلاج باستثناء حارس المرمى، والحالات التي يتحصل فيها اللاعب المنافس في اللعبة على بطاقة صفراء أو حمراء.
وأكد كولينا في كلمته للحكام على أهمية جاهزية الحكام لمباريات البطولة، مشيداً بالتنظيم القطري المتميز والحرص الكبير على إعداد كوادر تحكيمية على أعلى مستوى.
من جانبه، عبر هاني بلان عن اعتزازه باستضافة الدورة، مؤكداً أن التحكيم سيكون أحد عناصر النجاح في كأس العرب، بفضل التعاون الوثيق مع الفيفا والجهود المبذولة في تطوير الحكام.
كما أثنى ماسيمو بوساكا على الجدية والانضباط خلال الورش النظرية والتطبيقية، معتبراً الدورة محطة مهمة لتوحيد القرارات التحكيمية خلال منافسات البطولة.
The FIFA Arab Cup 2025 Referee Preparation Course concluded yesterday, which took place over five days under the supervision of Pierluigi Collina, the chairman of FIFA's Referees Committee, and Hani Taleb Blan, the vice president, along with Massimo Busacca, the director of refereeing, with the participation of 54 referees (14 main referees, 28 assistant referees, and 12 video assistant referees).
During the course, there was a focus on the technical and physical aspects of the referees, in addition to discussing the most significant refereeing cases, the applications of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology, and training on the new decision that will be implemented in the tournament, which is to remove the injured player for two minutes for treatment, except for the goalkeeper, as well as the cases in which the opposing player receives a yellow or red card during the game.
Collina emphasized in his speech to the referees the importance of their readiness for the tournament matches, praising the outstanding Qatari organization and the great commitment to preparing refereeing staff at the highest level.
For his part, Hani Blan expressed his pride in hosting the course, confirming that refereeing will be one of the elements of success in the Arab Cup, thanks to the close cooperation with FIFA and the efforts made in developing referees.
Massimo Busacca also praised the seriousness and discipline during the theoretical and practical workshops, considering the course an important station for unifying refereeing decisions during the tournament competitions.
