اتفق مستشار «عكاظ» التحكيمي الدولي المصري طارق سامي، مع قرارات الحكم الروماني «هوراتيو فيسنيك» والطاقم المساعد له، في مواجهة الهلال والفتح، التي جمعتهما على ملعب المملكة آرينا في الرياض، وذلك ضمن منافسات الجولة التاسعة من الدوري السعودي للمحترفين «دوري روشن»، وانتهت بنتيجة هدفين مقابل هدف، إذ أيد «طارق سامي» قرار «فيسنيك» في احتساب ركلة جزاء لفريق الفتح، مؤكداً أنها ركلة جزاء صحيحة بعد استدعاء الـ«VAR» لحكم المباراة نتيجة عرقلة مدافع الهلال للمهاجم داخل منطقة الجزاء دون إنذار لوجود الإهمال.
وفي حالة تحكيمية صعبة في المواجهة نفسها تسببت في حالة جدلية بالشارع الرياضي اعتبر الدولي «طارق سامي» قرار حكم الساحة الروماني باحتساب ركلة جزاء حاسمة في الوقت القاتل قراراً صحيحاً، موضحاً أن استدعاء الـ«VAR» كان صحيحاً بعد تدخل لاعب الفتح على زميله لاعب الهلال، لافتاً إلى أن الحالة تستوجب ركلة جزاء دون إنذار على الفتح.
يذكر أن الفتح سجل أولاً عن طريق لاعبه مراد باتنا عند الدقيقة التاسعة، وتمكن الهلال من تعديل النتيجة عند الدقيقة (26) عن طريق اللاعب نونيز، وعند الدقيقة (88) سجل الهلال هدف الفوز عن طريق اللاعب نيفيز، ليصل الهلال للنقطة (23) في المركز الثاني، وبقي الفتح عند 5 نقاط في المركز (16).

In a difficult refereeing situation during the same match that sparked controversy in the sports community, international referee Tarek Sami considered the Romanian referee's decision to award a crucial penalty in the dying moments of the game to be correct, explaining that the VAR call was justified after an Al-Fateh player intervened on his teammate, an Al-Hilal player, noting that the situation warranted a penalty without a warning for Al-Fateh.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Fateh scored first through their player Murad Batna in the ninth minute, and Al-Hilal managed to equalize in the 26th minute through player Nunez. In the 88th minute, Al-Hilal scored the winning goal through player Neves, bringing Al-Hilal to 23 points in second place, while Al-Fateh remained at 5 points in 16th place.
