تشهد الساحة الوحداوية هذه الأيام حالة استنفار على كافة الأصعدة، وذلك في محاولة لانتشال الفريق الكروي الأول من وضعه الفني غير المناسب في مراكز المؤخرة في دوري يلو، والتركيز على الجانب المعنوي، وذلك بمشاركة كافة الشرائح الوحداوية من جماهير، وأعضاء شرف، وقدامى اللاعبين، ورؤساء سابقين لنادي الوحدة، إذ اتفق الجميع على الحضور ومؤازرة اللاعبين في مواجهة الفريق أمام الزلفي مساء غدً (الأحد) الساعة 6:15، بملعب الشرائع بمكة المكرمة، ضمن مباريات الجولة التاسعة، من دوري يلو، وذلك من أجل خطف النقاط الثلاث والابتعاد عن مراكز المؤخرة.
هذا وركز مدرب الفريق الوحداوي محمود عباس، خلال حصص التدريب السابقة، على التنظيم الدفاعي ومعالجة الأخطاء والاحتفاظ ببعض العناصر الكبيرة في السن في دكة الاحتياط إلى الشوط الثاني مثل سلمان المؤشر، وعبدالمحسن فلاتة وعبدالعزيز مجرشي وأحمد المولد.
من جهة أخرى، قام رئيس النادي الأسبق هشام مرسي بزيارة للنادي وحضور آخر التدريبات لمواجهة الزلفي؛ من أجل رفع الحالة المعنوية لدى اللاعبين، واجتمع مع المدير التنفيذي للقدم عبدالله خوقير. وقال هشام مرسي: «لي الشرف أنني خدمت هذا الكيان وأنا لاعب ورئيس والآن مشجع وعاشق لهذا الكيان، ونحن على ثقة تامة أن هذا الفريق بوجود كوكبة من أبنائه في الإدارة وعلى رأسهم رئيس النادي حاتم خيمي والكابتن خوقير وكافة الأعضاء، وفريقنا بمشيئة الله، سوف يعود إلى مكانه الطبيعي بين الفرق الكبيرة في دوري روشن للمحترفين».
وطالب مرسي كافة الجماهير الوحداوية بالحضور إلى ملعب الشرائع للوقوف بجانب فريقها، وبمشيئة الله نحتفل بفوز الوحدة وكسب النقاط الثلاث من أمام فريق الزلفي.

On another note, former club president Hisham Mursi visited the club and attended the last training session for the match against Al-Zulfi, to boost the players' morale, and he met with the executive director of football, Abdullah Khawqir. Hisham Mursi said: "I am honored to have served this entity as a player, president, and now as a fan and lover of this entity. We are fully confident that this team, with a group of its sons in the management led by club president Hatem Khaimi, captain Khawqir, and all the members, will, God willing, return to its rightful place among the big teams in the Roshan Professional League."
Mursi called on all Wahdawi fans to come to Al-Sharae Stadium to stand by their team, and with God's will, we will celebrate Al-Wehda's victory and the acquisition of three points against Al-Zulfi.
