اختُتمت منافسات الجولة السادسة من دوري الدرجة الأولى للمحترفين، التي أُقيمت على مدى 3 أيام وشهدت إقامة 7 مباريات، فيما تأجلت مباراتا الباطن مع الجبيل، والفيصلي مع الزلفي إلى وقت لاحق لمشاركة فريقي الباطن والزلفي في دور ثمن نهائي كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين.
وفي ختام مباريات الجولة، تعادل الجبلين مع الأنوار بنتيجة (1 - 1)، ليرفع الجبلين رصيده إلى (11) نقطة في المركز الخامس، فيما رفع الأنوار رصيده إلى 6 نقاط في المركز الثالث عشر.
وحقق الرائد فوزاً عريضاً على ضيفه الجندل بنتيجة (4 - 1)، ليصل إلى 11 نقطة في المركز السابع، بينما بقي الجندل عند 8 نقاط في المركز العاشر.
وكانت الجولة قد انطلقت الاثنين، حيث واصل العلا صدارته لجدول الترتيب بعد فوزه الكبير على مضيفه الطائي بنتيجة (5 - 1)، رافعاً رصيده إلى (16) نقطة، فيما توقف رصيد الطائي عند 5 نقاط في المركز الـ14، وارتقى أبها إلى المركز الثاني بعد فوزه على ضيفه العربي بثلاثية نظيفة، ليرفع رصيده إلى (13) نقطة، مقابل 8 نقاط للعربي في المركز التاسع.
وحسم التعادل الإيجابي (3 - 3) قمة مباريات الجولة بين العروبة والدرعية، بعدما قلب الدرعية تأخره بنتيجة (1 - 3) إلى تعادل مثير في الدقائق الأخيرة، في مباراة شهدت تألق اللاعب نوانكو سيمون الذي سجل ثلاثية العروبة (هاتريك) ليرفع رصيده إلى (10) أهداف متصدراً قائمة هدافي الدوري.
وبهذه النتيجة رفع العروبة رصيده إلى (13) نقطة متراجعاً إلى المركز الثالث خلف أبها بفارق الأهداف، فيما رفع الدرعية رصيده إلى (11) نقطة في المركز الخامس.
وفي باقي اللقاءات، فاز جدة على ضيفه العدالة بهدف دون مقابل، رافعاً رصيده إلى (12) نقطة في المركز الرابع، بينما بقي العدالة عند 4 نقاط في المركز الـ15. كما حقق البكيرية فوزاً ثميناً على ضيفه الوحدة بنتيجة (2 - 1)، ليصل إلى 9 نقاط في المركز الثامن، فيما بقي الوحدة في المركز الأخير بنقطة واحدة.

The round kicked off on Monday, where Al-Ula continued its lead in the standings after a big win over its host Al-Tai with a score of (5 - 1), raising its tally to (16) points, while Al-Tai's tally stopped at 5 points in fourteenth place. Abha climbed to second place after winning against its guest Al-Arabi with a clean three-goal victory, raising its tally to (13) points, compared to 8 points for Al-Arabi in ninth place.
The positive draw (3 - 3) decided the top match of the round between Al-Orouba and Al-Dar'iya, after Al-Dar'iya turned around a deficit of (1 - 3) to an exciting draw in the final minutes, in a match that saw the brilliance of player Nwankwo Simon, who scored a hat-trick for Al-Orouba, raising his tally to (10) goals, leading the league's top scorers list.
With this result, Al-Orouba raised its tally to (13) points, dropping to third place behind Abha on goal difference, while Al-Dar'iya increased its tally to (11) points in fifth place.
In the remaining matches, Jeddah won against its guest Al-Adalah with a goal to nil, raising its tally to (12) points in fourth place, while Al-Adalah remained at 4 points in fifteenth place. Al-Bukayriyah also achieved a valuable victory over its guest Al-Wahda with a score of (2 - 1), reaching 9 points in eighth place, while Al-Wahda remained at the bottom with one point.
