فتحت وزارة الرياضة تحقيقاً موسعاً حول عقد الشراكة الذي أبرمه نادي الجبلين مع أحد اللاونجات الترفيهية، وذلك للتحقق من مطابقة بنود العقد ومحتوى الهوية التجارية التي وُضعت على شعار النادي مع ما تم اعتماده رسمياً في مستندات الترخيص.
وبحسب المعلومات، فإن الوزارة طلبت من إدارة نادي الجبلين فسخ عقد الشراكة بعد مراجعة تفاصيل الاتفاق، إذ تبيّن أن الموافقة التي تلقاها النادي كانت مبدئية فقط، وتشمل أنشطة الأغذية والمشروبات دون أي امتداد ترفيهي أو ترويجي آخر.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة استناداً إلى أنظمة المملكة التي تمنع الترويج للمنتجات أو الأنشطة التي قد تؤثر على الصحة العامة، ومنها بعض أنواع المشروبات أو المواد غير المصرح بها وفق لوائح وزارة الصحة والجهات المختصة.
ونصّت المادة السادسة، الفقرة (2) من لائحة رعايات الأندية الرياضية، الصادرة عن وزارة الرياضة بتاريخ 10 شعبان 1442 (23 مارس 2021) على أنه: «يحظر على النادي أو الراعي استخدام أو الإعلان أو الترويج لأي منتج أو خدمة تتعارض مع الأنظمة أو تؤثر سلباً على الصحة العامة أو الذوق العام أو القيم المجتمعية».
ويُعد نادي الجبلين من الأندية العريقة في المملكة، وينافس حالياً في دوري الدرجة الأولى سعياً لتحقيق الصعود، فيما أشارت مصادر «عكاظ» إلى أن عضو الشرف الذهبي حمد البكر تدخّل لإنهاء إجراءات فسخ العقد بما يحفظ مكانة النادي والتزامه بالأنظمة والتعليمات.
The Ministry of Sports has opened an extensive investigation into the partnership contract that Al-Jabalin Club signed with a recreational lounge, in order to verify the compliance of the contract terms and the content of the brand identity placed on the club's logo with what was officially approved in the licensing documents.
According to information, the ministry requested that the management of Al-Jabalin Club terminate the partnership contract after reviewing the details of the agreement, as it became clear that the approval received by the club was only preliminary and included food and beverage activities without any further recreational or promotional extensions.
This step comes based on the Kingdom's regulations that prohibit the promotion of products or activities that may affect public health, including certain types of beverages or substances that are not authorized according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the relevant authorities.
Article six, paragraph (2) of the Sports Club Sponsorship Regulations, issued by the Ministry of Sports on 10 Sha'ban 1442 (March 23, 2021), states: "The club or sponsor is prohibited from using, advertising, or promoting any product or service that conflicts with the regulations or negatively affects public health, public taste, or community values."
Al-Jabalin Club is considered one of the prestigious clubs in the Kingdom and is currently competing in the first division league in pursuit of promotion, while sources from "Okaz" indicated that the golden honorary member Hamad Al-Bakr intervened to finalize the contract termination procedures in a way that preserves the club's status and its commitment to the regulations and instructions.
