اتخذ نادي النصر العُماني قرارًا بالانسحاب من بطولة الدوري المحلي بعد خسارته أمام نظيره السيب، في المواجهة التي جرت مساء الجمعة، وشهدت قرارات تحكيمية جدلية.
وكان السيب، حامل اللقب، قد واصل انتصاراته في بطولة الدوري العُماني، وحقق فوزه الثالث تواليًا، وجاء على حساب النصر بثنائية نظيفة في المباراة التي جمعتهما ضمن الجولة الرابعة من المسابقة.
ويدين السيب بالفضل في هذا الفوز للاعبه ناصر الرواحي، الذي سجّل هدفي المباراة في الدقيقتين 19 و57.
وأكمل النصر المباراة بعشرة لاعبين بعد طرد لاعبه محمد السيم في الدقيقة الأولى من الوقت بدل الضائع للشوط الأول.
ورفع السيب رصيده إلى 10 نقاط في المركز الثاني بفارق الأهداف خلف النهضة المتصدر.
في المقابل، مُني فريق النصر بهزيمته الأولى في المسابقة، مقابل فوزين وتعادل، ليتجمد رصيده عند 7 نقاط في المركز السادس.
وشهدت المباراة حالة جدلية في الدقيقة 32، وكان النصر متأخرًا بهدف، حيث سقط أحد لاعبيه في منطقة الجزاء بعد تدخل من مدافع السيب، وطالب اللاعبون باحتساب ركلة جزاء، لكن الحكم محمد المانعي رفض احتساب أي شيء وسط انفعال شديد من لاعبي النصر العُماني.
وقال نادي النصر في بيان عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة «إكس»: «نتيجةً للأحداث التي صاحبت مباراة النصر والسيب في بطولة دوري جندال للموسم الرياضي 2025 / 2026، وما صاحبها من قرارات تحكيمية ظالمة ومتعمدة أثرت على النتيجة النهائية للمباراة، اجتمع مجلس إدارة النادي وقرر، في حالة انعقاد دائم منذ نهاية المباراة، دراسة اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات، والتي أبرزها الانسحاب من بطولة الدوري وتجميد نشاطه الرياضي. وسيُعرض القرار النهائي على الجمعية العمومية للنادي».
Oman's Al-Nasr Club has decided to withdraw from the local league championship after losing to their counterpart Al-Sib in a match that took place on Friday evening, which witnessed controversial refereeing decisions.
Al-Sib, the defending champion, continued their winning streak in the Omani league, achieving their third consecutive victory, this time against Al-Nasr with a clean two-goal win in the match that took place during the fourth round of the competition.
Al-Sib owes this victory to their player Nasser Al-Rawahi, who scored both goals of the match in the 19th and 57th minutes.
Al-Nasr completed the match with ten players after their player Mohammed Al-Saim was sent off in the first minute of stoppage time in the first half.
Al-Sib raised their points tally to 10, sitting in second place on goal difference behind the leaders Al-Nahda.
In contrast, Al-Nasr suffered their first defeat in the competition, having two wins and one draw, leaving them with 7 points in sixth place.
The match witnessed a controversial incident in the 32nd minute when Al-Nasr was trailing by a goal, as one of their players fell in the penalty area after a challenge from an Al-Sib defender. The players called for a penalty kick, but referee Mohammed Al-Manai refused to award anything amidst intense protests from the Omani Al-Nasr players.
Al-Nasr Club stated in a statement via their official account on the "X" platform: "As a result of the events surrounding the match between Al-Nasr and Al-Sib in the Jandal League for the 2025/2026 sports season, and the unjust and deliberate refereeing decisions that affected the final result of the match, the club's board of directors convened and decided, in a permanent session since the end of the match, to consider taking several measures, the most prominent of which is withdrawing from the league and freezing its sports activities. The final decision will be presented to the club's general assembly."
