تغلب المنتخب الوطني تحت 19 عاماً على نظيره البحريني بنتيجة 3-0 في اللقاء الودي الذي أُقيم اليوم على ملعب مدينة الملك فهد الرياضية بالطائف، ضمن خطة إعداد المنتخب للمشاركة في بطولة كأس آسيا تحت 20 سنة 2027.
سجّل أهداف «الأخضر» كلٌ من علي اليوسف في الدقيقة الثانية، وخالد فلاتة في الدقيقة 52، وإلياس أبو بكر في الدقيقة 77 من زمن المباراة.
ودخل المدرب الإسباني سيرجيو بيرناس اللقاء بتشكيلة مكوّنة من: عبدالله المحيسن، تميم الشقيران، عواجي علواني، وسام الميلبي، ياسر الظفيري، طلال حارثي، أحمد بن حميد، علي اليوسف، صهيب الهوساوي، عبدالرزاق عواجي، خالد فلاتة.
ويُقام معسكر الأخضر في مدينة الطائف خلال الفترة من 5 إلى 14 أكتوبر، في إطار الخطة الفنية لتجهيز اللاعبين للاستحقاقات المستقبلية، على أن يلتقي مجدداً مع المنتخب البحريني في مواجهة ودية ثانية يوم 13 أكتوبر على ملعب نادي عكاظ.

The national team under 19 years old defeated their Bahraini counterpart with a score of 3-0 in the friendly match held today at King Fahd Sports City in Taif, as part of the team's preparation plan for participating in the 2027 AFC U-20 Asian Cup.
The goals for "the Green" were scored by Ali Al-Yusuf in the second minute, Khalid Flatah in the 52nd minute, and Elias Abu Bakr in the 77th minute of the match.
The Spanish coach Sergio Bernas entered the match with a lineup consisting of: Abdullah Al-Muhaysin, Tamim Al-Shaqiran, Awaji Al-Alawani, Wissam Al-Milbi, Yasser Al-Dhafiri, Talal Harithi, Ahmed Bin Hamid, Ali Al-Yusuf, Suhaib Al-Hosawi, Abdul Razak Awaji, Khalid Flatah.
