يخوض المنتخب الوطني تحت 23 عاماً غداً (الجمعة) أولى مبارياته ضمن معسكره الإعدادي في الأحساء المقام ضمن برنامج الإعداد لكأس آسيا تحت 23 عاماً 2026، التي يستضيفها الأخضر في مدينتي الرياض وجدة.
ويستضيف الأخضر منتخب كوريا الجنوبية في الخامسة والنصف مساءً على ملعب مدينة الأمير عبدالله بن جلوي الرياضية.
وعلى الصعيد الميداني، أجرى لاعبو المنتخب الوطني حصتهم التدريبية مساء اليوم (الخميس) تحت إشراف المدرب الإيطالي لويجي دي بياجو والجهاز الفني المساعد، طبّقوا خلالها تمارين تكتيكية، أعقبها العمل على الكرات الثابتة، واختتمت الحصة بمناورة على كامل مساحة الملعب.
يُذكر أن المنتخب الوطني تحت 23 عاماً يأتي في المجموعة الأولى ضمن بطولة كأس آسيا تحت 23 عاماً 2026 في المملكة، المقرر انطلاقها يناير القادم، وإلى جانبه في المجموعة منتخبات فيتنام، الأردن، وقيرغيزستان.
وكان المدرب الإيطالي لويجي دي بياجو قد استدعى (24) لاعباً للالتحاق بالمعسكر، وهم: أسامة المرمش، تركي بالجوش، أحمد أبو راسين، أحمد الجليدان، عبدالعزيز الفرج، محمد الدوسري، مبارك الراجح، خالد العسيري، سليمان هزازي، سالم النجدي، مشعل العلائلي، عبدالرحمن العبيد، فيصل الصبياني، عبدالملك العييري، عباس الحسن، عبدالله معتوق، فارس الغامدي، همام الهمامي، عبدالعزيز العليوة، عبدالكريم دارسي، حسين السلطان، ماجد عبدالله، مشاري النمر، عبدالله رديف.

The national under-23 team will play its first match tomorrow (Friday) as part of its training camp in Al-Ahsa, which is held as part of the preparation program for the 2026 AFC U-23 Asian Cup, hosted by the Green in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah.
The Green will host the South Korean team at 5:30 PM at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City Stadium.
On the field, the national team players conducted their training session this evening (Thursday) under the supervision of Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio and the assistant coaching staff. They practiced tactical exercises, followed by work on set pieces, and concluded the session with a full-field scrimmage.
It is noteworthy that the national under-23 team is in Group A of the 2026 AFC U-23 Asian Cup in the Kingdom, which is scheduled to kick off next January, alongside Vietnam, Jordan, and Kyrgyzstan in the group.
