يخوض فريق الأهلي ثاني مبارياته الودية أمام فريق كومو الإيطالي غدا (الأربعاء) الساعة 3:00 عصراً، وحرص المدرب ماتياس يايسله على اعتماد النهج الفني المناسب والتشكيلة الأساسية التي سيخوض بها المباراة الودية، وسيواجه الفريق الأهلاوي الفائز من مباراة سيلتك الأسكتلندي وأياكس الهولندي يوم 27 أو 28 يوليو الجاري في البطولة الودية في إيطاليا.
من جانب آخر، أعلن النادي الأهلي التوقيع رسمياً مع لاعب نادي الرياض المدافع عبدالإله الخيبري، خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الحالية.
وحظي الخيبري خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية باهتمام عدد من الأندية من ضمنها أندية النصر ونيوم والدرعية، قبل أن يدخل الأهلي على خط المفاوضات ويقدم عرضاً مالياً لإدارة نادي الرياض لشراء المدة المتبقية من عقد اللاعب، ويوقع رسمياً مع اللاعب، وسط منافسة الأندية التي كانت حريصة على كسب خدماته.
ونشر الأهلي بياناً رسمياً عبر حساباته على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أعلن خلاله التعاقد مع الخيبري، معلقاً: «أهلاً بك في قلعة الكؤوس».
