On another note, Al-Hilal has increased its financial gains in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup after qualifying for the quarter-finals following their victory over Manchester City 4-3, thus receiving an additional cash prize of $13.125 million, according to the prize list announced by FIFA. The team that qualifies for the quarter-finals receives $13.125 million (49.22 million Saudi Riyals), and the team that qualifies for the semi-finals will receive $21 million (78.75 million Saudi Riyals).

Al-Hilal had already received $21 million after advancing from the group stage, bringing its total prize money in the tournament so far to over $34 million (127.5 million Saudi Riyals).

It is worth mentioning that the current FIFA Club World Cup in the USA has the highest financial prizes in the tournament's history, as FIFA has allocated a suitable amount estimated at $1 billion for the tournament, of which $475 million is for athletic performance, and the tournament winner will receive $40 million.
