أعلن الاتحاد الإماراتي لكرة القدم استبعاد لاعبي المنتخب خالد الظنجاني وسلطان عادل من معسكر المنتخب الإماراتي الذي يستعد لملاقاة قيرغستان في الجولة الأخيرة من المرحلة الثالثة من التصفيات المؤهلة لنهائيات كأس العالم 2026.
وقال اتحاد كرة القدم في بيان أصدره اليوم: «قررت لجنة الانضباط في اتحاد الإمارات لكرة القدم خلال اجتماعها اليوم إيقاف لاعب نادي الشارقة خالد الظنحاني ولاعب نادي شباب الأهلي سلطان عادل 5 مباريات في المسابقات المحلية، وغرّامة مالية قدرها 500 ألف درهم لكل منهما، واستبعادهما من قائمة المنتخب الوطني الأول».
مضيفاً: «يأتي القرار وفقاً للائحة الجزاءات والعقوبات الخاصة بالمنتخبات الوطنية، إذ قام اللاعبان بارتكاب مخالفة داخل معسكر المنتخب بتاريخ 7 يونيو 2025».

The UAE Football Association announced the exclusion of national team players Khalid Al-Zanjani and Sultan Adel from the UAE national team's camp, which is preparing to face Kyrgyzstan in the final round of the third stage of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Football Association stated in a statement issued today: "The Disciplinary Committee of the UAE Football Association decided during its meeting today to suspend Sharjah Club player Khalid Al-Zanjani and Shabab Al-Ahli Club player Sultan Adel for 5 matches in local competitions, and impose a financial fine of 500,000 dirhams on each of them, as well as their exclusion from the list of the national first team."
It added: "The decision comes in accordance with the penalties and sanctions regulations for national teams, as the two players committed an offense inside the national team's camp on June 7, 2025."
