أعلن رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للترفيه المستشار تركي آل الشيخ، أن «موسم الرياض» سيستضيف الحدث العالمي لكرة القدم الأمريكية بنظام العلم، Fanatics Flag Football Classic، المقرر إقامته يوم السبت 21 مارس 2026 في «المملكة أرينا» بمدينة الرياض.
يتميز الحدث بمشاركة أسطورة كرة القدم الأمريكية توم برادي في أول عودة رسمية له منذ اعتزاله عام 2023، إلى جانب نخبة من أبرز نجوم كرة القدم الأمريكية مثل ساكون باركلي، كريستيان مكافري، سي دي لامب، سوس غاردنر، بروك باورز، ماكس كروسبي، مايلز غاريت، تايريك هيل، أوديل بيكهام جونيور، وروب غرونكوفسكي. كما سيقود الفرق أبرز مدربي الدوري الوطني لكرة القدم الأمريكية.
وسيُبث الحدث مباشرة عبر شبكة قنوات «فوكس» الرياضية مع تقديم التغطية المباشرة من النجم كيفن هارت.
تقام البطولة بنظام الدوري المصغّر (Round-robin) بثلاثة فرق، يتأهل أفضل فريقين إلى المباراة النهائية، وفق قواعد كرة القدم الأمريكية بنظام العلم الأولمبية، على ملعب بطول 50 ياردة ونظام 5 ضد 5، مع شوطين مدة كل منهما 20 دقيقة.
وأكد المستشار تركي آل الشيخ أن الحدث سيجمع أشهر الأسماء في الرياضة والترفيه ويعزز نمو كرة القدم الأمريكية بنظام العلم في المملكة والعالم. من جانبه، أعرب توم برادي عن حماسه للعودة إلى الميدان وتقديم تجربة رياضية فريدة للجماهير خلال «موسم الرياض».

The Chairman of the Board of the General Entertainment Authority, Counselor Turki Al Sheikh, announced that the "Riyadh Season" will host the global event of American football in the flag format, the Fanatics Flag Football Classic, scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the "Kingdom Arena" in Riyadh.
The event features the participation of American football legend Tom Brady in his first official return since his retirement in 2023, alongside a selection of the top stars of American football such as Saquon Barkley, Christian McCaffrey, CeeDee Lamb, Sauce Gardner, Brock Bowers, Maxx Crosby, Myles Garrett, Tyreek Hill, Odell Beckham Jr., and Rob Gronkowski. The teams will also be led by some of the most prominent coaches in the National Football League.
The event will be broadcast live on the Fox Sports network, with live coverage presented by star Kevin Hart.
The tournament will be held in a mini-league (Round-robin) format with three teams, with the top two teams qualifying for the final match, according to the rules of American football in the Olympic flag format, on a field measuring 50 yards and a 5 vs. 5 system, with two halves of 20 minutes each.
Counselor Turki Al Sheikh confirmed that the event will bring together the most famous names in sports and entertainment and will enhance the growth of American football in the flag format in the Kingdom and the world. For his part, Tom Brady expressed his excitement to return to the field and provide a unique sports experience for fans during the "Riyadh Season."
