بموافقة رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة عكاظ للصحافة والنشر الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل، صدر قرار رئيس تحرير صحيفة «عكاظ» الزميل جميل الذيابي بتعيين الزميل خالد الجارالله مساعداً لرئيس التحرير لشؤون التطوير والإبداع الرقمي، في خطوة تعكس توجّه المؤسسة إلى ترسيخ التطوير المستدام، وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية القيادية في مجالات الإعلام والاتصال، وتعزيز حضورها في بيئات التحول الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى المؤثر.
وأكد الذيابي أنَّ الجارالله يمثِّل إضافة نوعية لفريق القيادة التحريرية بخبرته ورؤيته التطويرية، التي نثق بأنها ستساهم في تعزيز حضور «عكاظ» المهني والرقمي، وابتكار مسارات جديدة لصناعة المحتوى بما يواكب تطلُّعات المرحلة، إلى جانب الزملاء في الصحيفة.
وأعرب الذيابي عن خالص شكره وتقديره لرئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة عكاظ للصحافة والنشر الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل على دعمه المتواصل، وحرصه الدائم على تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، ودعم مسارات التطوير داخل الصحيفة.
ويُعدُّ الزميل الجارالله من الكفاءات الإعلامية المتمرِّسة بخبرة مهنية تمتدُّ لأكثر من عقدين في مجالي الإعلام والاتصال، عمل خلالها في كُبريات المؤسسات الصحفية السعودية، وعدد من الإدارات الإعلامية في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، عبر مهام تحريرية وإدارة مشاريع إعلامية، أسهمت في ترسيخ خبرته في صناعة المحتوى الإستراتيجي، وبناء الرسالة الإعلامية، وتطوير الرسائل الاتصالية. وفي جانب الإعلام الرقمي، أسهم الجارالله في الإشراف على عددٍ من الحملات الإعلامية المتكاملة، وإدارة المنصّات والحسابات الإعلامية، وإنتاج المحتوى المرئي الاحترافي، إضافة إلى تطوير الهوية الرقمية والتسويق، مدعوماً بتأهيل أكاديمي في إدارة المعارض والمؤتمرات الدولية، وبرامج تدريبية متخصصة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، والإعلام الرقمي، والعلاقات العامة الحديثة.
With the approval of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Okaz Publishing and Press Institution, Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel, a decision was issued by the Editor-in-Chief of "Okaz" newspaper, colleague Jamil Al-Dhiabi, to appoint colleague Khalid Al-Jarallah as the Assistant Editor-in-Chief for Development and Digital Creativity. This step reflects the institution's commitment to establishing sustainable development, empowering national leadership competencies in the fields of media and communication, and enhancing its presence in digital transformation environments and impactful content creation.
Al-Dhiabi confirmed that Al-Jarallah represents a qualitative addition to the editorial leadership team with his experience and developmental vision, which we trust will contribute to enhancing "Okaz's" professional and digital presence and innovating new pathways for content creation that align with the aspirations of the current phase, alongside his colleagues at the newspaper.

Colleague Al-Jarallah is considered one of the seasoned media professionals with over two decades of experience in the fields of media and communication. During this time, he has worked in major Saudi press institutions and various media departments in both the public and private sectors, through editorial tasks and managing media projects that have contributed to solidifying his expertise in strategic content creation, building media messages, and developing communication messages. In the area of digital media, Al-Jarallah has contributed to overseeing several integrated media campaigns, managing media platforms and accounts, and producing professional visual content, in addition to developing digital identity and marketing, supported by academic qualifications in managing international exhibitions and conferences, as well as specialized training programs in artificial intelligence, digital media, and modern public relations.
