افتُتحت الجولة الـ(17) من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز لكرة القدم بتعادل فريق نيوكاسل يونايتد مع ضيفه تشيلسي بهدفين لكلٍ منهما، في المباراة التي أقيمت اليوم (السبت) على ملعب سانت جيمس بارك بمدينة نيوكاسل.
وسجل نيوكاسل أولاً عبر المهاجم الألماني فولتماده في الدقيقتين الـ4 و20 من الشوط الأول، ليعود تشيلسي عن طريق المدافع الإنجليزي ريس جيمس في الدقيقة (49)، والمهاجم البرازيلي جواو بيدرو في الدقيقة (66) من الشوط الثاني.
وبهذا التعادل، تقاسم الفريقان نقاط المباراة، ليصل نيوكاسل للنقطة الـ(23) في المركز الـ(11)، فيما يتواجد تشيلسي في المركز الرابع بـ(29) نقطة.
The 17th round of the English Premier League kicked off with Newcastle United drawing with their guest Chelsea, with both teams scoring two goals each, in the match that took place today (Saturday) at St. James' Park in Newcastle.
Newcastle scored first through German striker Woltemade in the 4th and 20th minutes of the first half, before Chelsea equalized with goals from English defender Reece James in the 49th minute and Brazilian striker João Pedro in the 66th minute of the second half.
With this draw, both teams shared the points, bringing Newcastle to 23 points in 11th place, while Chelsea is in 4th place with 29 points.
