أكد تقرير صحفي أن نادي نوتنغهام فورست الإنجليزي أجرى اتصالاً بالمدرب الإيطالي روبرتو مانشيني، لبحث إمكانية توليه قيادة الفريق خلفاً للأسترالي أنجي بوستيكوغلو.
ولم يتولَّ مانشيني تدريب أي فريق أو منتخب منذ إقالته من قيادة الأخضر السعودي قبل نحو عام كامل، وتعيين الفرنسي هيرفي رينارد بدلاً منه.
وبحسب شبكة «سكاي سبورتس» فإن إدارة نوتنغهام أجرت محادثات إيجابية مع روبرتو مانشيني بشأن تدريب الفريق، لكنه ليس المرشح الوحيد لخلافة بوستيكوغلو، إذ تتفاوض الإدارة أيضاً مع شون ديتش، مدرب إيفرتون السابق.
أسرع إقالة في تاريخ «البريميرليغ»
وكان نوتنغهام قد أعلن أمس (السبت)، إقالة أنجي بوستيكوغلو من تدريب الفريق الأول لكرة القدم، بعد 39 يوماً فقط من التعاقد معه.
وجاءت إقالة بوستيكوغلو بعد دقائق قليلة من الهزيمة أمام تشيلسي بثلاثية نظيفة في الدوري الإنجليزي، ليصبح بذلك أسرع مدرب دائم تتم إقالته في تاريخ «البريميرليغ».
وتولى الأسترالي تدريب نوتنغهام في 9 سبتمبر الماضي خلفاً للبرتغالي نونو سانتو، وقاد الفريق في 8 مباريات لم يحقق خلالها أي انتصار.
A press report confirmed that English club Nottingham Forest has contacted Italian coach Roberto Mancini to discuss the possibility of him taking over the team's management following Australian Ange Postecoglou.
