يخوض فريق برشلونة حامل اللقب لقاء مهماً أمام مضيفه إشبيلية عند تمام الساعة 5:15 من مساء غد (الأحد) ضمن لقاءات الجولة الثامنة للدوري الإسباني للدرجة الأولى.
ويبحث فريق برشلونة عن تثبيت قدميه في صدارة ترتيب الدوري الإسباني بعد أن خطفه بفوزه على ريال سوسييداد 2-1، مستغلاً على أكمل وجه الخسارة المفاجئة لغريمه التقليدي ريال مدريد أمام مضيفه أتلتيكو 2-5 على ملعب ميتروبوليتانو السبت الماضي.
لكنّ برشلونة عاد ومني بخسارته الأولى هذا الموسم بعد سقوطه المتأخر على أرضه أمام باريس سان جيرمان الفرنسي 2-1 بعدما كان فريق المدرب الألماني هانز فليك متقدماً في البداية، ويسعى لتعويض ذلك الإخفاق بالمحافظة على صدارته رغم أن الفريق لم يصل إلى أفضل مستوياته بعدما أقرّ بذلك مدربه الألماني هانز فليك بعد المواجهة القارية، مؤكداً أن الفريق بحاجة لتحسين الأداء الدفاعي.
واهتزت شباك برشلونة خلال المباراتين الأخيرتين في الدوري أمام ريال أوفييدو (3-1)، وسوسييداد (2-1)، قبل أن يُظهر قدرة عالية على قلب تأخره، وهو ما لم يسعفه أمام فريق بحجم سان جيرمان بطل أوروبا في الموسم الماضي، الذي اقتنص هدف الفوز في الدقيقة الأخيرة من الوقت الأصلي.
وبعد بداية متعثرة هذا الموسم بخسارتين متتاليتين، التقط إشبيلية أنفاسه بعض الشيء، فحقق 3 انتصارات في آخر 5 مباريات في الليغا، من بينها الانتصار الأخير على مضيفه رايو فاليكانو 1-0 ليتقدم إلى المركز التاسع برصيد 10 نقاط.
