أجبر النجم البرتغالي جواو فيليكس، لاعب النصر، الصحافة الأوروبية على التراجع عن انتقاداتها، بعدما قدّم أداءً لافتاً خلال فترة قصيرة، حوّل بها التشكيك إلى إشادة واسعة.
وكان فيليكس قد تعرّض لانتقادات في الصحف الأوروبية عقب قراره بالانضمام إلى النصر، مُفضّلاً العرض السعودي على العودة إلى ناديه السابق بنفيكا، خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية.
لكن اللاعب البرتغالي سرعان ما تألق واستعاد مستواه المعهود، سواء مع ناديه أو منتخب بلاده، بعد فترة من التراجع والأداء المتذبذب في المواسم السابقة.

صحيفة «آس» الإسبانية، ذكرت أن فيليكس يقدّم أفضل مستوياته منذ فترة طويلة، واصفة ما يقدمه مع النصر بأنه «مذهل»، بعد أن سجل 7 أهداف وصنع هدفين في 7 مباريات فقط، في أفضل انطلاقة له منذ إعارته إلى برشلونة.
