أكد تقرير صحفي أن جوزيه مورينيو بات قريباً من تولي تدريب فريق بنفيكا البرتغالي، خلفاً للمدرب برونو لاغي الذي أُقيل من منصبه بسبب تدهور النتائج.
وبحسب صحيفة «أبولا» البرتغالية، يسعى ، رئيس نادي بنفيكا روي كوستا، لإعادة مورينيو إلى القيادة الفنية للفريق بعد مرور 25 عاماً على رحيله.
وأضافت الصحيفة أن المفاوضات بين إدارة النادي ومورينيو شهدت تطوراً ملحوظاً خلال الساعات الماضية، وقد يتولى «السبيشال وان» قيادة الفريق في مباراته المقبلة بالدوري البرتغالي أمام «إيه في إس»، المقررة السبت المقبل.
وكان مورينيو قد أُقيل من تدريب فنربخشة التركي نهاية الشهر الماضي، بعد فشل الفريق في التأهل إلى مرحلة المجموعات من دوري أبطال أوروبا.
تعويضات ضخمة خلال المسيرة التدريبية
ووفقاً لتقارير صحفية، جمع مورينيو ما يقارب 108 ملايين يورو تعويضات مالية من الإقالات التي تعرض لها خلال مسيرته التدريبية. وقد حصل على أكثر من 30 مليون يورو من تشيلسي، و19.7 مليون يورو من ريال مدريد، و22 مليون يورو من مانشستر يونايتد، و17.4 مليون يورو من توتنهام، و3.5 مليون يورو من روما، و15 مليون يورو من فنربخشة.
