أعلن أرسنال الإنجليزي اليوم (السبت) تعاقده مع إيبيريتشي إيزي قادماً من صفوف كريستال بالاس، في إطار تدعيم هجومه للموسم الجديد.
وفي بيان عبر موقعه الإلكتروني أوضح النادي أن إيبيريتشي إيزي (27 عاماً) وقّع عقداً طويل الأمد، ليعود الدولي الإنجليزي حيث بدأت رحلته الكروية في أكاديمية أرسنال، قبل أن يبرز كواحد من المواهب الهجومية الأكثر ديناميكية في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.
وسيرتدي إيبيريتشي القميص رقم 10 مع أرسنال، وسينضم لتدريبات الفريق بداية من غدٍ (الأحد).
من جانبه، قال مدرب أرسنال ميكيل أرتيتا: «نحن سعداء للغاية بانضمام إيبيريتشي إلى صفوفنا، إنه لاعب قوي، وسيمنحنا بُعداً جديداً في أسلوبنا الهجومي».
وأضاف: «مسيرته وعقليته وطموحه هي بالضبط ما نتمناه لفريقنا، نُقدّر أهمية انضمامه إلى نادينا، ونتطلع جميعاً لبدء العمل مع إيبيريتشي قريباً».
Arsenal announced today (Saturday) that they have signed Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace, as part of strengthening their attack for the new season.
In a statement on their website, the club clarified that Eberechi Eze (27 years old) has signed a long-term contract, returning the England international to where his football journey began at Arsenal's academy, before he emerged as one of the most dynamic attacking talents in the Premier League.
Eberechi will wear the number 10 shirt with Arsenal and will join the team's training starting tomorrow (Sunday).
For his part, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said: "We are extremely happy to welcome Eberechi to our ranks. He is a strong player and will give us a new dimension in our attacking style."
He added: "His career, mentality, and ambition are exactly what we want for our team. We appreciate the importance of him joining our club, and we all look forward to starting work with Eberechi soon."
