تأهل باريس سان جيرمان بطل دوري أبطال أوروبا لدور ربع نهائي مونديال الأندية بعد اكتساحه إنتر ميامي الأمريكي بأربعة أهداف دون مقابل جاءت جميعها في الشوط الأول من اللقاء الذي جمع بينهما على ملعب مرسيدس بنز ضمن لقاءات دور الـ16 لكأس العالم للأندية 2025 المقامة حالياً في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
لم يجد الفريق الباريسي أي صعوبة في هز شباك إنتر ميامي الأمريكي إذ تمكن نجمه الشاب البرتغالي جواو نيفيز من إحراز الهدف الأول بعد مرور 6 دقائق فقط مستفيداً من عرضية فيتور فيريرا ليلعبها نيفيز برأسه داخل الشباك الأمريكية هدفاً أول لباريس (د:6)، وعاد نجم اللقاء جواو نيفيز مجدداً لهز الشباك محرزاً الهدف الشخصي الثاني له ولفريقه بعد فاصل مهاري ولعبة جماعية رائعة بدأها فابيان روبيز وأنهاها نيفيز في الشباك الأمريكية (د:39)، وواصل باريس سان جيرمان ضغطه ومن تمريرة من أشرف حكيمي لزميله ديزيري دوي لعبها عرضية ليتكفل المدافع الأرجنتيني لفريق إنتر ميامي توماس أفيليس ليسكنها في شباك فريقه بالخطأ معلناً الهدف الثالث لباريس (د:44)، وفي الوقت بدل الضائع لعب باركولا كرة عرضية أرضية للقائد أشرف حكيمي الذي سددها أرضية ارتطمت في الحارس ومن ثم العارضة لتعود لحكيمي ليسددها مرة أخرى في المرمى هدفاً رابعاً لباريس سان جيرمان (د:45+3)، وفي الشوط الثاني عمد لاعبو باريس لتهدئة اللعب إذ أجرى مدربه الإسباني لويس أنريكي لإجراء 5 تبديلات لإراحة بعض اللاعبين الأساسيين للمواجهة القادمة، وكاد إنتر ميامي يقلص الفارق ولكن تألق الحارس الإيطالي دوناروما حرمهم من ذلك إذ تصدى لتسديدة للاعب لويس سواريز ورأسية ليونيل ميسي، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز باريس سان جيرمان بنتيجة أربعة أهداف دون مقابل.
وبهذه النتيجة يتأهل البطل الفرنسي لدور الثمانية وينتظر الفائز من القمة المنتظرة التي ستجمع فلامينغو البرازيلي بفريق بايرن ميونخ الألماني، فيما غادر إنتر ميامي البطولة بعد أداء مشرف.
