ضَمِنَ نادي غلطة سراي تتويجه بلقب الدوري التركي الممتاز للموسم الحالي، محققاً بذلك البطولة رقم 25 في تاريخه، والثالثة على التوالي، قبل جولتين من نهاية المسابقة.
جاء التتويج بعد فوز كبير حققه الفريق مساء الأحد على ضيفه قيصري سبور بثلاثة أهداف دون مقابل، ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ36، في لقاء أُقيم على ملعب «رامس بارك».
وسجل النجم النيجيري فيكتور أوسيمين أول أهداف اللقاء في الدقيقة 27، قبل أن يضيف زميله باريس يلماظ الهدف الثاني بعد دقيقتين فقط، واختتم الحارس الأورغوياني فرناندو موسليرا ثلاثية الفريق من ركلة جزاء في الدقيقة 88.
ورفع غلطة سراي رصيده إلى 89 نقطة، متقدماً بفارق 8 نقاط عن فنربخشة صاحب المركز الثاني، الذي فاز بدوره على أيوبسبور 2-1 في الجولة نفسها، إلا أن الفارق لم يعد قابلاً للتعويض، ليُحسم اللقب لصالح «أسود إسطنبول» قبل نهاية الموسم بجولتين.
Galatasaray secured its title as the Turkish Super League champion for the current season, achieving the 25th championship in its history and the third in a row, with two rounds remaining in the competition.
The crowning came after a significant victory the team achieved on Sunday evening against its guest Kayserispor, winning three goals to none, in the 36th round, in a match held at the "Rams Park" stadium.
Nigerian star Victor Osimhen scored the first goal of the match in the 27th minute, before his teammate Paris Yilmaz added the second goal just two minutes later, and Uruguayan goalkeeper Fernando Muslera capped off the team's trio with a penalty in the 88th minute.
Galatasaray raised its points total to 89, leading by 8 points over Fenerbahçe in second place, which also won against Eyüpspor 2-1 in the same round; however, the gap was no longer bridgeable, securing the title for the "Istanbul Lions" before the end of the season with two rounds to go.
