أعلن النادي الأهلي المصري، اليوم (الإثنين)، تعيين المغربي الحسين عموته مدرباً للفريق الأول لكرة القدم، خلفاً للدنماركي ييس توروب.
مدة العقد
وذكر الأهلي عبر حساباته على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أن الحسين عموته سيتولى تدريب الفريق لمدة موسمين، مع تعيين ياسر رضوان ضمن جهازه المعاون.
رحيل توروب بعد موسم كارثي
يُذكر أن الأهلي المصري أعلن مطلع الشهر الجاري إنهاء تعاقده مع المدرب الدنماركي ييس توروب، عقب موسم مخيب للآمال على المستويين المحلي والقاري.
وأنهى «المارد الأحمر» الدوري المصري في المركز الثالث برصيد 53 نقطة، كما ودّع منافسات كأس الرابطة وكأس مصر مبكراً، إضافة إلى خروجه من دوري أبطال أفريقيا من دور ربع النهائي على يد الترجي التونسي.
The Egyptian Al Ahly Club announced today (Monday) the appointment of Moroccan coach Hussein Amouta as the head coach of the first football team, succeeding Danish coach Jess Torup.
Contract Duration
Al Ahly mentioned through its social media accounts that Hussein Amouta will coach the team for two seasons, with Yasser Radwan appointed as part of his coaching staff.
Departure of Torup After a Disastrous Season
It is worth noting that Al Ahly announced earlier this month the termination of its contract with Danish coach Jess Torup, following a disappointing season at both local and continental levels.
The "Red Giant" finished the Egyptian league in third place with 53 points, and also exited the League Cup and the Egypt Cup early, in addition to being eliminated from the African Champions League in the quarter-finals by Tunisian club Esperance.
