افتتح الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) مكتبه الجديد في العاصمة المغربية الرباط، ليكون بمثابة مركز أفريقي يربط القارة بمؤسسات كرة القدم العالمية.
وسيجمع هذا الصرح بين الإدارة التقليدية والخبرة العملية، مع توفير تسهيلات على الأرض تعكس الطابع الواقعي للعمل، وليس مجرد إجراءات إدارية، فالهيئة لم تكتف بتوظيف مغاربة فقط، بل استعانت بمحترفين من مختلف دول القارة لتقديم خبرة محلية متخصصة، معتبرة أن رؤية كرة القدم تختلف من منطقة لأخرى، وأن الخبرة المحلية هي المفتاح لفهم الخصوصيات الثقافية والفنية لكل بلد.
ويعد أحد أبرز أهداف «فيفا» في المغرب تطوير كرة القدم النسائية على المستوى القاري، حيث ستستضيف 5 نسخ متتالية من كأس العالم للسيدات لأقل من 17 عاماً، ما يعكس التزام الفيفا بتمكين النساء في كرة القدم الأفريقية وتوسيع قاعدة المشاركة والتدريب والاحتراف، طبقاً لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية.
هذا الدور يجعل المغرب مركزاً رئيسياً للأحداث الكروية الكبرى القادمة، ويتيح للمكتب الأفريقي التواصل المباشر مع فرق تنظيم كأس العالم 2030.

One of FIFA's main objectives in Morocco is to develop women's football at the continental level, as it will host 5 consecutive editions of the Women's U-17 World Cup, reflecting FIFA's commitment to empowering women in African football and expanding the base of participation, training, and professionalism, according to the German news agency.
This role makes Morocco a major center for upcoming major football events, allowing the African office to have direct communication with the organizing teams for the 2030 World Cup.
