إشار المتحدث باسم وزارة الرياضة عادل الزهراني، إلى ما حدث من انقطاع للتيار الكهربائي أثناء إقامة مباراة الخليج ونيوم ضمن لقاءات الجولة الـ23 «يوم التأسيس» من الدوري السعودي للمحترفين «دوري روشن»، في ملعب مدينة الأمير محمد بن فهد الرياضية، في بيان رسمي أصدره عبر منصة التواصل الاجتماعي«X» جاء فيه: «نود التوضيح بأن ما حدث يعود إلى انقطاع التيار من المصدر الرئيسي المغذي للمنشأة من قبل الشركة السعودية للكهرباء، وقد تمت إعادة التيار من المصدر الرئيسي خلال (3) دقائق من لحظة الانقطاع، فيما استغرقت إعادة تشغيل الأنظمة الفنية والتشغيلية وأنظمة الإضاءة الرئيسة قرابة (20) دقيقة وفق الإجراءات التشغيلية المعتمدة، وبما يضمن سلامة المنظومة الكهربائية وحماية التجهيزات الفنية داخل المنشأة»، وتابع: «فور حدوث الانقطاع، تم تفعيل خطط الطوارئ والتنسيق المباشر مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، حيث عملت أنظمة السلامة وفق التصميم المعتمد، ولم تُسجل –ولله الحمد– أي إصابات أو أضرار تُذكر نتيجة هذا الحدث الطارئ».
وأكد البيان أن وزارة الرياضة تؤكد التزامها بتطبيق أعلى المعايير التشغيلية، واستمرار التنسيق الفني مع الجهة المزودة للخدمة للوقوف على الأسباب الفنية التفصيلية واتخاذ ما يلزم لضمان استقرار الخدمة، ومنع تكرار مثل هذه الحالات مستقبلاً.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Sports, Adel Al-Zahrani, referred to the power outage that occurred during the match between Al-Khaleej and Neom as part of the 23rd round "Founding Day" of the Saudi Pro League "Roshen League," at the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Sports City Stadium, in an official statement issued via the social media platform "X," which stated: "We would like to clarify that what happened was due to a power outage from the main source supplying the facility by the Saudi Electricity Company. The power was restored from the main source within (3) minutes of the outage, while the restoration of the technical and operational systems and the main lighting systems took approximately (20) minutes according to the approved operational procedures, ensuring the safety of the electrical system and protecting the technical equipment inside the facility." He continued: "Immediately after the outage occurred, emergency plans were activated, and direct coordination with the relevant authorities took place, where the safety systems operated according to the approved design, and thankfully, no injuries or significant damages were recorded as a result of this emergency event."
The statement emphasized that the Ministry of Sports reaffirms its commitment to applying the highest operational standards and continuing technical coordination with the service provider to identify the detailed technical causes and take necessary measures to ensure service stability and prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
