وجّهت الهيئة السعودية لتنظيم الكهرباء، الشركة السعودية للكهرباء، بإجراء تحقيق فني وتشغيلي عاجل، لتحديد الأسباب التي أدت إلى انقطاع الخدمة الكهربائية عن ملعب الأمير محمد بن فهد في مدينة الدمام، الذي بدأ مساء أمس (السبت) عند الساعة 23:07 واستمر لمدة 3 دقائق، نتيجة عطل في كابل أرضي ضمن مكونات الشبكة المغذية للموقع.
وشددت الهيئة على رفع تقرير مفصل بنتائج التحقيق والإجراءات التصحيحية المتخذة، بما يسهم في الحد من تكرار مثل هذه الحالات مستقبلاً. موضحة أن استكمال إعادة الخدمة داخل المنشأة استغرق وقتاً إضافياً وفق طبيعة الأنظمة الداخلية فيها.
وأكدت الهيئة حرصها ومتابعتها المستمرة للإجراءات الفنية والتشغيلية اللازمة التي يعمل عليها مقدم الخدمة والجهات المعنية داخل المنشأة، واتخاذ كل ما يلزم لحماية حقوق المستهلكين.
ودعت جميع المستهلكين إلى التواصل معها في حال وجود أي شكوى أو استفسار، عبر قنواتها الرسمية، أو من خلال موقعها الإلكتروني (sera.gov.sa).
The Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority directed the Saudi Electricity Company to conduct an urgent technical and operational investigation to determine the causes that led to the power outage at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, which began last night (Saturday) at 23:07 and lasted for 3 minutes, due to a fault in an underground cable within the components of the network supplying the site.
The Authority emphasized the need to submit a detailed report on the investigation results and the corrective actions taken, which will help reduce the recurrence of such incidents in the future. It clarified that the completion of restoring service within the facility took additional time according to the nature of its internal systems.
The Authority confirmed its commitment and ongoing monitoring of the necessary technical and operational procedures being implemented by the service provider and the relevant parties within the facility, taking all necessary measures to protect consumer rights.
It urged all consumers to contact it in case of any complaints or inquiries through its official channels or via its website (sera.gov.sa).
