أعلن النادي الأهلي المصري، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، تعيين عماد النحاس مديراً فنياً مؤقتاً للفريق الأول لكرة القدم، خلفاً للإسباني خوسيه ريبيرو الذي تمت إقالته أخيرًا.
وأوضح النادي في بيان عبر موقعه الإلكتروني، أن مجلس الإدارة قرر تعيين وليد صلاح الدين مديراً للكرة، على أن يتولى عماد النحاس مسؤولية القيادة الفنية بشكل مؤقت.
وأشار البيان إلى أن المشاورات لا تزال جارية لاختيار باقي أعضاء الجهاز الفني، على أن يتم الإعلان عنهم لاحقاً.
وكان الأهلي قد أعلن، يوم الأحد الماضي، إقالة خوسيه ريبيرو من منصبه، عقب الخسارة أمام بيراميدز بنتيجة 2-0، في الجولة الخامسة من الدوري المصري الممتاز.
ويعاني الأهلي من تراجع في النتائج في بطولة الدوري المصري، إذ حقق فوزاً واحداً فقط، وتعادل في مباراتين، وخسر مباراة، ليتراجع إلى المركز الـ13 في جدول الترتيب برصيد 5 نقاط.
The Egyptian Al Ahly Club announced today (Tuesday) the appointment of Emad Nassar as the interim head coach of the first football team, succeeding the Spanish José Ribeiro, who was recently dismissed.
The club clarified in a statement on its website that the board of directors decided to appoint Walid Salah El Din as the director of football, while Emad Nassar will temporarily take on the responsibility of the technical leadership.
The statement indicated that consultations are still ongoing to select the remaining members of the coaching staff, with an announcement to be made later.
Al Ahly had announced last Sunday the dismissal of José Ribeiro from his position following the loss to Pyramids with a score of 2-0 in the fifth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Al Ahly is suffering from a decline in results in the Egyptian league, having achieved only one win, drawn two matches, and lost one, dropping to 13th place in the standings with 5 points.
