أعلن نادي الزمالك المصري، اليوم الجمعة، تقدمه بعدة بلاغات ضد الرئيس السابق للنادي مرتضى منصور.
وقال النادي في بيان: «قام مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك برئاسة الكابتن حسين لبيب باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية ضد المعزول مرتضى منصور، وتقدم النادي بعدد من البلاغات إلى السيد المستشار محمد شوقي النائب العام، وذلك بهدف حماية مصالح النادي والحفاظ على المال العام».
وأضاف البيان: «يؤكد مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك أن محاولات الهدم وتعطيل المسيرة لن تثني النادي عن تحقيق حلم جماهير القلعة البيضاء وتشييد الفرع الجديد في مدينة السادس من أكتوبر».
ويعيش الزمالك أزمة كبرى بعد قرار وزارة الإسكان المصرية بسحب أرض النادي بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر المخصصة لإنشاء فرع ثانٍ للقلعة البيضاء، بداعي عدم الجدية في التنفيذ.
وشهدت الساعات الماضية تطوراً إيجابياً، حيث اجتمع أمس الخميس وفد من النادي مع وزير الإسكان وعدد من قيادات الوزارة وهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية لمناقشة الحلول بشأن أزمة أرض النادي.
وأكد المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان، أن الدولة داعمة لنادي الزمالك وجماهيره وأعضاء جمعيته العمومية، نافياً في ذات الوقت كل المزاعم المتداولة بشأن وجود مطور جديد لأرض نادي الزمالك.
وتناول الاجتماع بحث التظلم المقدم من النادي واستئناف العمل بالفرع، وقد أبدى الوزير تفهمه لكل الإجراءات التي اتخذها هذا المجلس منذ توليه المسؤولية، ووعد بإعداد مذكرة عاجلة لعرضها على رئيس الوزراء، الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي.
كما أبدى وزير الإسكان استعداد الوزارة الكامل لمنح نادي الزمالك قطعة أرض إضافية بالتجمع الخامس وفق الضوابط المعمول بها، وذلك بعد إثبات جدية العمل بأرض النادي بأكتوبر.
The Egyptian Zamalek Club announced today, Friday, that it has filed several complaints against the club's former president, Mortada Mansour.
The club stated in a statement: "The Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, headed by Captain Hussein Labib, has taken all legal measures against the ousted Mortada Mansour, and the club has submitted several complaints to Mr. Counselor Mohamed Shawky, the Attorney General, in order to protect the interests of the club and preserve public funds."
The statement added: "The Board of Directors of Zamalek Club affirms that attempts to undermine and disrupt the progress will not deter the club from achieving the dream of the fans of the White Castle and constructing the new branch in the Sixth of October City."
Zamalek is facing a major crisis following the decision of the Egyptian Ministry of Housing to withdraw the club's land in the Sixth of October City, which was allocated for the establishment of a second branch of the White Castle, citing a lack of seriousness in execution.
In the past few hours, there has been a positive development, as a delegation from the club met yesterday, Thursday, with the Minister of Housing and several leaders from the ministry and the Urban Communities Authority to discuss solutions regarding the club's land crisis.
Engineer Sherif El-Shorbiny, the Minister of Housing, confirmed that the state supports Zamalek Club and its fans and members of its General Assembly, while denying all circulating allegations regarding the existence of a new developer for Zamalek Club's land.
The meeting addressed the appeal submitted by the club and the resumption of work at the branch, and the minister expressed his understanding of all the measures taken by this council since assuming responsibility, promising to prepare an urgent memo to present to the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.
The Minister of Housing also expressed the ministry's full readiness to grant Zamalek Club an additional piece of land in the Fifth Settlement according to the applicable regulations, after proving the seriousness of work on the club's land in October.
