أصدرت نيابة النزهة بالقاهرة اليوم (الإثنين) قراراً بإخلاء سبيل نجم الكرة المصرية السابق إبراهيم سعيد، لاعب الأهلي والزمالك ومنتخب مصر، في قضايا النفقة المرفوعة ضده من طليقته، بعد استئنافه على أحكام سجنه.
يأتي هذا القرار كمحطة جديدة في سلسلة طويلة من النزاعات القانونية التي بدأت منذ عام 2016، حيث واجه اللاعب اتهامات بالامتناع عن دفع نفقات أبنائه ومصروفاتهم الدراسية.
تعود جذور القضية إلى دعوى خلع أقامتها طليقته الأولى ابتسام علاء في مارس 2016 أمام محكمة الأسرة بحلوان، تنازلت خلالها عن جميع حقوقها باستثناء نفقة أبنائها.
وفي 2020 رفعت ابتسام دعوى أخرى تتهم سعيد بالتخلف عن سداد 90,750 جنيهاً، تمثل نفقة مأكل وملبس وبدل فرش وغطاء لمدة 15 شهراً، بواقع 6 آلاف جنيه شهرياً.
وفي ديسمبر 2023، أصدرت محكمة أسرة النزهة حكماً بحبس سعيد لمدة شهر بسبب امتناعه عن دفع 227 ألف جنيه كمصروفات دراسية لابنته «لي لي»، رغم إبلاغه قانونياً بالتزامه بهذه المبالغ.
وتصاعدت الأزمة في مارس 2025 عندما ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية القبض على إبراهيم سعيد لتنفيذ حكم قضائي نهائي بحبسه بسبب النفقة المستحقة لطليقته الثانية داليا، وابنتهما جوليا.
ووفقاً لمحامي اللاعب السابق محمد رشوان، واجه اللاعب نحو 32 دعوى قضائية، بإجمالي مستحقات نفقة تصل إلى مليون و100 ألف جنيه، مع صدور 4 أحكام حبس ضده.
كما تم الحجز على ممتلكاته، بما في ذلك شقته وأثاثه، مع خطط لبيعها في مزاد علني في 28 مايو 2025، قبل أن ينجح المحامي في إيقاف هذه الإجراءات.
وفي يونيو 2025، تقدم إبراهيم سعيد بمعارضة على أحكام الحبس، مدعياً أن التحريات التي قدرت دخله الشهري بمليوني جنيه غير صحيحة، وطالب بالطعن بالتزوير على هذه الأرقام.
كما أجلت محكمة الأسرة جلسة استئنافه على حكم حبسه لمدة 4 أشهر إلى 15 سبتمبر 2025 لاستخراج أسباب الحبس. في الوقت نفسه، تأجلت دعوى بطلان الحجز على ممتلكاته إلى 8 يوليو 2025 لإعلام طليقته وابنته بالحضور.
وأعلن المحامي محمد رشوان، في تصريحات لوسائل إعلام محلية، أن نيابة النزهة قررت إخلاء سبيل إبراهيم سعيد، بعد تقديم طلبات للنائب العام لوقف تنفيذ الحبس وتسوية بعض القضايا، مشيراً إلى أن القرار يمثل خطوة إيجابية نحو حل الأزمة القانونية المعقدة، معبراً عن أمله في إنهاء النزاعات نهائياً خلال الفترة القادمة.
وتكشف التحريات أن إبراهيم سعيد، الذي يعمل حالياً مديراً فنياً بنادي جولدي الرياضي، يتمتع بقدرة مالية، ما دفع طليقتيه إلى ملاحقته قانونياً.
وتشمل الدعاوى مبالغ مالية كبيرة، منها حكمان بقيمة 500 ألف جنيه لكل منهما، مع تهديد بزيادة مدة الحبس إلى 3 أشهر في حال عدم السداد، ورغم ذلك يواصل فريق الدفاع عن سعيد جهوده لتخفيف الأحكام والطعن في التحريات المتعلقة بدخله.
The Public Prosecution of Al-Nuzha in Cairo issued a decision today (Monday) to release former Egyptian football star Ibrahim Said, a player for Al-Ahly, Zamalek, and the Egyptian national team, in the alimony cases filed against him by his ex-wife, after he appealed the sentences of his imprisonment.
This decision comes as a new chapter in a long series of legal disputes that began in 2016, where the player faced accusations of failing to pay his children's expenses and their educational costs.
The roots of the case trace back to a divorce lawsuit filed by his first ex-wife, Ibtisam Alaa, in March 2016 before the Family Court in Helwan, during which she waived all her rights except for the alimony for her children.
In 2020, Ibtisam filed another lawsuit accusing Said of failing to pay 90,750 Egyptian pounds, representing alimony for food, clothing, and bedding for a period of 15 months, at a rate of 6,000 pounds per month.
In December 2023, the Family Court of Al-Nuzha issued a ruling to imprison Said for one month due to his failure to pay 227,000 pounds as educational expenses for his daughter "Lily," despite being legally notified of his obligation to these amounts.
The crisis escalated in March 2025 when security forces arrested Ibrahim Said to enforce a final court ruling for his imprisonment due to the alimony owed to his second ex-wife Dalia, and their daughter Julia.
According to the player's lawyer, Mohamed Rashwan, the player faced around 32 lawsuits, with total alimony claims amounting to 1,100,000 pounds, alongside 4 imprisonment rulings against him.
His properties were also seized, including his apartment and furniture, with plans to auction them publicly on May 28, 2025, before the lawyer succeeded in halting these proceedings.
In June 2025, Ibrahim Said filed an opposition to the imprisonment rulings, claiming that the investigations estimating his monthly income at 2 million pounds were incorrect, and he requested to contest these figures as fraudulent.
The Family Court also postponed his appeal session against the imprisonment ruling for 4 months to September 15, 2025, to extract the reasons for the imprisonment. At the same time, the lawsuit to nullify the seizure of his properties was postponed to July 8, 2025, to inform his ex-wife and daughter to attend.
Lawyer Mohamed Rashwan announced in statements to local media that the Al-Nuzha Public Prosecution decided to release Ibrahim Said after submitting requests to the Attorney General to suspend the execution of the imprisonment and settle some cases, indicating that the decision represents a positive step toward resolving the complex legal crisis, expressing hope for a final resolution of the disputes in the upcoming period.
Investigations reveal that Ibrahim Said, who currently works as a technical director at Goldy Sports Club, enjoys financial capability, which has led both of his ex-wives to pursue him legally.
The lawsuits involve large sums of money, including two rulings of 500,000 pounds each, with a threat to increase the imprisonment duration to 3 months in case of non-payment, yet Said's defense team continues its efforts to mitigate the rulings and contest the investigations related to his income.
