توّج نادي الكويت بلقب كأس ولي العهد لكرة القدم للمرة العاشرة في تاريخه بعد فوزه (1 - 0) على نادي العربي في المباراة التي جمعت بينهما مساء الإثنين على استاد جابر الأحمد الدولي، وذلك في نهائي موسم (2024-2025).
وشهدت المباراة انتهاء الشوطين الأصليين، حيث تنافس الفريقان بلعب متوازن مع فرص ضائعة، وامتدت المباراة إلى الشوطين الإضافيين أهدر خلاله نادي العربي ركلة جزاء نفذها اللاعب حمزة خابا في الدقيقة (67) بعدما تصدى لها حارس الكويت سعود الحوشان، في المقابل حسم اللاعب يحيى جبران اللقب لفريقه نادي الكويت بعد تنفيذه ركلة جزاء في الشوط الثاني الإضافي بالدقيقة (121).

The Kuwait Club was crowned the title of the Crown Prince Cup for football for the tenth time in its history after winning (1 - 0) against Al-Arabi Club in the match that took place on Monday evening at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium, in the final of the (2024-2025) season.
The match saw the end of the regular two halves, where both teams competed with balanced play and missed opportunities, and the match extended to extra time during which Al-Arabi Club missed a penalty kick executed by player Hamza Khaba in the (67th) minute after it was saved by Kuwait's goalkeeper Saud Al-Houshan. On the other hand, player Yahya Jibran secured the title for his team, Kuwait Club, after executing a penalty kick in the second extra half in the (121st) minute.
