دعا وكيل أول محافظة تعز الدكتور عبدالقوي المخلافي أبناء المحافظة إلى المبادرة بالتبرع بالدم، إسناداً لأبطال القوات المسلحة اليمنية والمقاومة الشعبية، وتجسيداً لمعاني التكافل والتلاحم الوطني في هذه المرحلة التي تتطلب تضافر الجهود وتوحيد المواقف والطاقات دعماً للمعركة الوطنية.
وأكد المخلافي أن التبرع بالدم يمثل صورة إنسانية ووطنية نبيلة من صور الإسناد، ورسالة عملية تعبر عن وقوف أبناء تعز إلى جانب المقاتلين في مختلف الجبهات، وتؤكد أن الواجب الوطني لا يقتصر على ميادين المواجهة، بل يمتد إلى كل عمل يسهم في حماية الأرواح وتعزيز صمود القوات المرابطة في مواقع الشرف والواجب. مضيفاً أن تعز بما عرفت به من حضور وطني وتاريخ طويل في الدفاع عن الجمهورية، مطالبة اليوم بأن تجعل من التضامن المجتمعي موقفاً عملياً، وأن يشارك أبناؤها، كل من موقعه، في مساندة أبطال القوات المسلحة والمقاومة الشعبية، موضحاً أن ميادين الإسناد لا تقتصر على حمل السلاح، وإنما تشمل كذلك إنقاذ الأرواح، والتبرع بالدم، وتقديم مختلف صور الدعم الممكنة.

وتجدد تعز من خلال هذه المبادرة، حضورها في ميادين الإسناد الوطنية، وتؤكد أن مجتمعها، إلى جانب قواته المسلحة والمقاومة الشعبية، يشكل نسيجاً واحداً في مواجهة التحديات، وأن الوقوف إلى جانب الجبهات لا يكون بالكلمة وحدها، وإنما بالمبادرة والفعل وتحمل المسؤولية. ودعا المخلافي جميع أبناء المحافظة، والمؤسسات والقطاعات المدنية والمجتمعية، إلى التفاعل مع حملة التبرع بالدم، والمبادرة إلى تقديم ما يستطيعون، بما يعزز روح التكافل ويجسد أصالة المجتمع التعزي وإيمانه بأن خدمة الإنسان وحماية الأرواح وإسناد المدافعين عن الوطن مسؤولية مشتركة، وواجب تتقاطع فيه القيم الإنسانية مع مقتضيات المصلحة الوطنية.
The First Deputy Governor of Taiz, Dr. Abdulqawi Al-Makhlafi, called on the people of the governorate to take the initiative to donate blood, in support of the heroes of the Yemeni armed forces and the popular resistance, and to embody the meanings of solidarity and national cohesion in this phase that requires the unification of efforts, positions, and energies in support of the national battle.
Al-Makhlafi emphasized that donating blood represents a noble humanitarian and national image of support, and a practical message that expresses the solidarity of the people of Taiz with the fighters on various fronts. He confirmed that the national duty is not limited to the fields of confrontation but extends to every action that contributes to protecting lives and enhancing the steadfastness of the forces stationed in the sites of honor and duty. He added that Taiz, known for its national presence and long history in defending the republic, is today called to make community solidarity a practical stance, and for its people to participate, each from their position, in supporting the heroes of the armed forces and the popular resistance, clarifying that fields of support are not limited to bearing arms, but also include saving lives, donating blood, and providing various forms of possible support.

Al-Makhlafi called on all the people of the governorate, as well as civil and community institutions and sectors, to engage with the blood donation campaign and to take the initiative to provide whatever they can, enhancing the spirit of solidarity and embodying the authenticity of the Taizi community and its belief that serving humanity, protecting lives, and supporting those defending the homeland is a shared responsibility, and a duty where humanitarian values intersect with the requirements of national interest.
