استهدف طيران القوات المسلحة اليمنية اجتماعاً ضم قيادات عسكرية بارزة لمليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية في مبنى يقع بمنطقة «الكنب» في البرح التابعة لمديرية مقبنة بمحافظة تعز، محققاً إصابات مباشرة أوقعت قتلى وجرحى في صفوف قيادات المليشيا المدعومة من إيران.
وأفاد مصدر عسكري ميداني رفيع لـ«عكاظ» أن الضربات الجوية جرت بناءً على عملية رصد استخباراتي دقيق للاجتماع الذي ضم قيادياً عسكرياً حوثياً بارزاً يرجح أن يكون وزير الدفاع في حكومة مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية اللواء محمد العاطفي، مشيراً إلى أن الغارات أصابت أهدافها بدقة متناهية، وأسفرت عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى في صفوف القيادات المستهدفة، وتدمير المقر بالكامل.
وفي السياق الميداني، أوضح المصدر بأن القوات المسلحة اليمنية تخوض في محور البرح معارك ضارية هي الأعنف منذ انطلاق العمليات العسكرية، على امتداد خطوط المواجهة وفي مختلف قطاعات المحور، مؤكداً تكبيد المليشيا خسائر بشرية ومادية فادحة وسط اشتباكات محتدمة بمختلف الأسلحة الثقيلة والمتوسطة.
وأضاف المصدر أن مدفعية المقاومة الوطنية وجهت ضربات مركزة استهدفت تجمعات وتعزيزات المليشيا، محققة إصابات مباشرة في أهدافها، بالتزامن مع ضربات موجعة نفذتها وحدة الطيران المسيّر التابعة للمقاومة الوطنية، والتي ضاعفت من خسائر العناصر الإرهابية بعد رصد دقيق لتحركاتها الثابتة والمتحركة في أرض المعركة.
وشدد المصدر العسكري الرفيع في ختام تصريحه على أن الساعات القادمة ستشهد تحولات ميدانية متسارعة، مؤكداً أنها «ستكون جحيماً يكتوي به عناصر مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية، وساعات حاسمة لم تحسب لها المليشيا أي حساب».
The Yemeni Armed Forces targeted a meeting that included prominent military leaders of the Houthi terrorist militia in a building located in the "Khanab" area in Al-Barh, part of the Maqbana district in Taiz Governorate, achieving direct hits that resulted in casualties among the Iranian-backed militia leaders.
A high-ranking military source informed "Okaz" that the airstrikes were carried out based on precise intelligence monitoring of the meeting, which included a prominent Houthi military leader believed to be the Minister of Defense in the Houthi militia government, Major General Muhammad Al-Atafi. He pointed out that the airstrikes hit their targets with extreme accuracy, resulting in deaths and injuries among the targeted leaders and completely destroying the headquarters.
In the field context, the source clarified that the Yemeni Armed Forces are engaged in fierce battles in the Al-Barh axis, the most intense since the onset of military operations, along the front lines and in various sectors of the axis, confirming that the militia has suffered heavy human and material losses amid intense clashes with various heavy and medium weapons.
The source added that the National Resistance's artillery delivered concentrated strikes targeting the militia's gatherings and reinforcements, achieving direct hits on its objectives, coinciding with painful strikes carried out by the drone unit of the National Resistance, which doubled the losses of the terrorist elements after precise monitoring of their stationary and moving movements on the battlefield.
The high-ranking military source emphasized at the end of his statement that the coming hours will witness rapid field transformations, asserting that they "will be a hell that the Houthi terrorist militia elements will suffer, and decisive hours that the militia has not accounted for at all."
