أدانت تركيا، أمس (الثلاثاء)، بأشد العبارات استهداف مليشيا الحوثي أعياناً مدنية واقتصادية في (أبها وخميس مشيط وجازان ونجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية)، التي أسفرت عن إصابة عدد من المدنيين، من بينهم نساء وأطفال، إلى جانب الاستمرار في استهداف السفن التجارية في البحر الأحمر وتهديد أمن وسلامة وحرية الملاحة البحرية الدولية.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية التركية في بيان: «ندين بأشد العبارات اعتداءات الحوثيين التي تستهدف المملكة، وتتجاهل سلامة أرواح المدنيين وممتلكاتهم، وتصعّد التوتر في المنطقة».
وأضافت: «نجدد دعمنا لسيادة المملكة ووحدة أراضيها».
وأكدت الوزارة أن الهجمات تضر أيضاً بالجهود الدبلوماسية الرامية إلى إنهاء الصراع في اليمن عبر التوصل إلى حل سياسي دائم.
Turkey condemned, yesterday (Tuesday), in the strongest terms the targeting by the Houthi militia of civilian and economic sites in (Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), which resulted in the injury of a number of civilians, including women and children, alongside the continued targeting of commercial ships in the Red Sea and the threat to the security, safety, and freedom of international maritime navigation.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement: "We strongly condemn the Houthi attacks targeting the Kingdom, which disregard the safety of civilians and their properties, and escalate tensions in the region."
It added: "We reaffirm our support for the sovereignty of the Kingdom and the unity of its territories."
The ministry emphasized that the attacks also harm diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the conflict in Yemen through reaching a lasting political solution.
